Went in 45 min before closing I received no acknowledgment not even a how can I help you. While picking out some bras other people walked in they were acknowledged right away asked if needed help. I kept shopping for bras then asked for the fitting room this 37 min before closing she said I cleaned them already you can't use them. Don't understand why they would clean so early having the store still open for business. Or maybe just leave one open for customers who are still in the store . Definitely no customer service at this location not going back

I have been putting off writing this review for years so I can’t even blame the pandemic. Today was the last straw. I am truly baffled by how unhelpful the employees in this store are. They’re nice, but it’s so frustrating that I usually just walk out. I literally have to ask for help every single time and the store is never so crowded that everyone is busy. For example, I went when the bras were on sale for $25. I walked in and they greeted me(which is an improvement)but no one asked if I needed help which is fine when I just walk in, but when I’m just standing there waiting and no one says anything that is a problem. I typically have to go up to the counter and ask for help. Also, 2 or 3 people were helping one person. The CUSTOMER saw me standing there and asked was I ok. I said I was just waiting for assistance and she was the one who asked them to help me. Once they were asked I was helped and ended up having to order online because for some reason this store that supposedly carries large sizes rarely has mine in store. Fast forward two weeks later after I call about my order and they’re short with me on the phone and tell me to call back in a few days because there is nothing in the system. The receipt says 4 to 8 business days and I have ordered here before so I just go in the next day which is now 9 business days. The lady was “nice” and found my order which was entered under my first and middle name even though I am in their system and my card only has my initial. That’s fine the person read my ID wrong, we all make mistakes. I get the bras and ask to try on because that’s why I sent them to the store in case I needed to return or exchange. I try the bras on and no one came to ask if I was ok or needed anything. I come back out and say one is too big. She doesn’t ask if I want to look for or order something else, she just returns the bra. Then I ask are you no longer doing the promotion where you get 50% off one item when you do store pick up? She replies yes and tells me it’s one full priced item. I just say ok thanks and leave. Does this store not want to make money? Why wouldn’t you ask and make the easiest sale of the day? Why do I always have to ask them everything? At this point I’m going to take my business elsewhere. It’s too frustrating. The fact that over the years it has been different employees leads me to believe this company needs to train them better. It’s really as simple as asking your customers if they need assistance.

Horrible customer service!!!! It's their new policy to stay 6 feet away from all customers due to COVID. Yet, they can congregate around the wrap desk, laughing and having a great old time with each other. Just an excuse to not do their jobs. Don't expect to be helped or even acknowledged in this store, unless they are ringing up your purchase, then it's 3 on 1. You will be ignored until you annoyingly break up their party and then they will treat you like trash until you finally give up asking any questions. I will never shop there again!

I just called to ask about my order status whoever picked up was definitely already in a bad mood . She told me my order number I said with OLB , and she was like order number with attitude and I gave her the number and she was like hello and I said can you hear me and she hung up . I know she heard me . If you don’t want to work then why are you working and picking up calls ??♀️ Well to ruin my mood .

I like Lane Bryant's clothes and I took clothes back that I bought online. I had called customer service and they said they could give me store credit when I go to the store because it was past the time to get cash back. I went to the store and the sales women said it was past the time. I told her I talked to customer service and she wanted to know who. I didn't have a name. I said, Fine get on with it. She took offense and said I don't need an attitude. I was in pain and told her I had been hit by a bus. Which was true and I was using a cane. She said everyone has problems. That was very rude to say even if she was having a bad day. So we got into it with words. She told me to leave and I will never shop at that Lane Bryant's again!

Went to pickup a order that was sent to this store. Closed before posted hours. Two employees saw me at the door and proceeded to the back and ignore. Called customer service and they hung up on me. All around trash store.
