“Great experience usually, with both staff and overall atmosphere. I have one complaint. I live really close to this store and I used to conveniently drive around the corner and drop off my Amazon returns. I have to drive all the way to Lancaster or East Palmdale to drop off my returns now. I wish there was a way to choose this store again when I make a return on Amazon. The other stores are much farther away. Since I use other UPS services very often, I can't get it all done in one place anymore. I'd appreciate if they brought back Amazon dropoffs at this location again. I'm sure I'm not the only one.”

“I've rented a U-Haul from here a few times and it was a pretty quick and easy process. Most recently, I returned a cargo van and had to return through the app. I wasn't able to get the return to go through and had to deal with customer service. I highly recommend going during business hours because the U-Haul app is in an unsatisfactory state.”
“I went in for the first time today and it was probably the best small shop experience I've ever had. From Copies, to mailing out my package, to buying stamps. It was so easy.
They have boxes of all sizes and pretty much everything you need for shipping a package and more.

“This office space was perfect for our group training. It is clean, has comfortable chairs, free WiFi, connections for on screen presentations, and a nice kitchen area. In addition, the office is located in a nice area and the property manager is really cool.”
