I have to rate a star because they are so unorganized I was next in line already getting help and they just go from one person to another leaving me waiting for more than 15 min when the girl said it would take only 5 for the whole live scan process. Very disappointed because a customer that was waiting for a couple min complained and they helped him quick. They lost a paying customer.

1. They don't send the packages right away, they have it sitting in their facility for a few days. Do not send anything from here, for to a real post office or FedEx or UPS facility. Very unreliable!
2. I gave the rep at the counter a label and she still spelled the name of the recipient wrong!

Very unprofessional, besides the fact that the negative tension between both workers is there. They literally talk about you like you’re an inconvenience and as if you’re not even there. Also, the lady wants you to buy her bling water bottles but won’t bother to help you accordingly.

i very rarely write negative reviews especially with small businesses but this place is so incredibly hit or miss it isnt even worth going. I have had amazing help by a younger woman multiple times. Incredibly knowledgable and knows how to help. On the flip side, an older woman with glasses??? Might as well just leave. Incredibly rude, unhelpful, and doesnt listen to what youre trying to ship. Was quote Triple what i was at every other shipping place because she didnt want to listen.

When I walked in (11:30am 08-24-2022), the place was empty. Lady was on phone on a personal phone call. Ignored me but she was glad to help others. After getting frustrated with the bad customer service and the waste of my time I left leaving her $30 to pay for the 3 steps I took. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I recently needed to find a place to renew my US Passport and I am very glad I stopped by this location. I was greeted and welcomed immediately by Yasaira. From the start she made me feel welcomed and treated me like a valued customer, answering all my questions I had regarding my passport renewal. Although it was busy with other customers, she managed to process all of my documents in a timely manner. She definitely exceeded my customer service expectations and I was very glad I came to this location!

I went in to send a first class package. I had it already packaged in my own padded envelope I had purchased at Walmart. It was not till I got home when I compared the postage I was charged with USPS' rates that I noticed I was overcharged. When I viewed the receipt I noticed I was charged for the envelope!! I called and was told to come back and discuss the issue with the person who assisted me. I'm not going back at all. Be sure to view your receipts and know the carrier rates if you go there!!!

After going to MP early on a Monday morning to send a FedEx envelope, I later discovered the recipient was out of town so it needed to arrive at its destination later than originally planned. I called MP that afternoon to relay the dilemma and the male associate who answered the phone suggested delaying sending it out until later in the week. First he retrieved the item from the bin and told me he'd keep it on his desk until Thursday. When I called back Thursday to remind him and confirm about sending the envelope, he said it had already been shipped!I was impressed and thrilled with his attentiveness and stellar customer service that helped put my mind at ease.
