“This lace runs well under pressure. It was a very busy day, probably about 20 people in the waiting room due to trade school student drug testing walk- ins. The Phlebotomist Luna was phenomenal! She was running the desk, checking everyone’s paperwork, getting insurance in order, and informing people about how much longer they would need to wait. Luna was hustling to get everyone seen quickly, and she did it pretty seamlessly. She also made you feel like all her focus and attention was on you, when you were called back. Great patient care! Great phlebotomist! If she isn’t the boss, or the office manager - she SHOULD be!”
