The manager Mika and owners are scammers beware when going into this location. I would not suggest it at all. We went into get a plan for a tablet and Internet box we brought in our iPad after asking her if that would work and she said yes. when we got there She set us up with the phone plan with the iPad. Two days later we were notified that it was going to be shut off because it "wasn't a phone" she knew that it wasn't going to work but still set up the plan as if it was a phone and customer service notified her that it showed in the system as an iPad. so we had no choice but to return the Internet box and lost out on100$ because she said it wasn't refundable since we didn't come in the same day to return it but never had any intention of returning it?! Wasted hours speaking to customer service who agreed that them not refunding me was UNJUSTIFIED and they repeatedly apologized but the owners DID NOT care and NEVER gave me my money back for the services I COULDNT USE. Complete finesse.

Got charged, they never credit my account employee claims that their new hire made a mistake and won’t give me my money back they said I had to fight it with my bank.
I lost 60 dls and they still want me to pay again with no guarantee. Management is poor

Jamy and Gimena did an awesome job helping me transfer my data on my new phone after filling an insurance claim. Their team work together made my experience in the store a good one. I appreciate all their help give them both 10 out of 10 for customer service. Thank you.

There was 2 employees, the one that helped me seemed sort of new and the other one was on her cell phone and didn't helped the 1st girl when she was struggling. There should be a manager to watch them.

My friend has Metro you would think that you can go into T-Mobile and pay your Metro bill there huh they said no why it says right up there and neon lights T-Mobile and Metro you should be able to pay your Metro bill in that same building that T-Mobile has no I had to drive and find a metro building
