Don't waste your time going to this place to make your payment there.lwent3 times yesterday and count makeke my payment ,because there's only one girl there and there's always people there ahead of you and you will wait for ever and won't get any help Will not be going back to this location ever.

They should really update the hours of operation. Today they are closed but you only know if you drive there and look at the hand written sign. Like come on. Either put a professional greeting on the answering machine or update your profile. Saves people a lot of time.

How ever owns this metro by T-Mobile needs to train there employees with way better customer service and how to deal with customers there service is terrible I came to change my some services on my account and they couldn’t help me out they were 2 employees both ignored me that’s unprofessional I been with metro for years and they treat u like that

There's only two people working talking to customers inside if you are a third customer they put you to wait out side for 30min. Until they get done with one customer. Just be aware that you'll be waiting around 30 minutes before they call you in. All this hustle just because they don't have enough personnel to take care of customers, it's time to move to a different place now.

I walked in store to purchase a new phone. The cashier told me that for $50 bundle more i would get a screen protector and a phone cover. So i agree to it. After she activated my phone and i paid for it. She put some earphones and a car charger in my bag no screen protector no phone cover. When i asked her about my screen protector and cover she replied o we didn't have any so i replaced them with the earphones and car charger. Then i said well just give me my money back and il go to another store and buy them. She said all sales are final and no refunds. I told her i should have to pay for something i didn't agree to. She said i agreed to pay for the bundle all phones come with bundle included that's just how we do it at this store. So unethical business practices. Before writing this review i reported them to the Better Business Bureau.???? you are welcome.

I went in there to buy a new phone and absolutely no help from the teenagers working there what happened to the manager Brenda who was so nice and professional is she not there anymore if so this store won't be getting my business anymore get professional people not kids who constantly look at their cell phones rather than help customers.

Lady lily was very rude to my mother because she didn’t speak English well. I have never met someone so mean and rude before. At first she ignored us and then just was completely rude. The other girl Pauline was rude too but not as much as lily
