This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!! The customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff made rude faces at me, whispered and laughed under their breath, and even yelled things in another language that were clearly about me. I felt scared, humiliated, and completely disrespected just for changing my mind about a service!
Instead of being understanding, they acted like I was a problem and treated me with such hostility. Then, to top it all off, they tried to upcharge me for something I didn’t agree to!!! This place is beyond unprofessional.
Do not go here if you value respect, or just basic human decency. Save your time and money!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for about 1 year. I was there this Thursday towards the end of the day. I got gel mani/pedi upon arrival I waited as usual was seated for pedicure the tech started working on me however as she was doing my toes on my left big toe to took out the whole side cuticle I told her that it hurt she just smile and kept working. She finished her job and went on to do a manicure with the man named Paul never had a issue with him but this time he seemed rushed and I had showed him a picture (3 times) of what I wanted and it was not done. I also noticed he was using the same gloves he used from his previous client. I’m very observant and I’ve noticed tools aren’t sterilized as other nails salons I’ve been to. Now it’s Sunday I had to go see my Dr turns out my toe is infected due to the poor way it was done. I’m in pain and my toe is swollen and red / hot to the touch. As my Dr advised he doesn’t think tools are sterilized properly and it may happen to other clients. Please be cautious where you go, now this place has lost a customer due to their poor quality service.

I do not recommend this place! The owner is very rude and does not respect appointment's he tells you one time and calls you minutes apart over and over to see if your coming when your time of appointment has not even hit just because he wants to squeeze in another customer sitting there. His hungry for money but pushes customers away! They over charge and talk bad about you in his language. It's not the money it's the attitude!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would…
sat down at “Paul’s” station, not sure if that was his name but that’s where i was sat, i asked for acrylic almond shape and came out with triangle looking nails, cut fingers and crooked nail beds.
asked multiple times for things to be fixed, things were being done wrong and overall the guy was not all that attentive.

Loved the time I got my feet and nails done very good work walked out with my feet and hands done paid only 95 for both. My feet super smooth French tips were done perfectly too cute

I will NOT be coming back to this nail salon. I asked for medium length French tip. The acrylics were cut to the length I wanted but after all the drilling and filing they were extra extra short. After 10 attempts of trying to do French tip, Paul finally tells me that he doesn’t know how. I had to settle for all white. My total came to $105 but 2 hours after leaving the salon, I noticed that I was charged $126. I drove back to the salon for Paul to tell me that he doesn’t know why I was charged extra. They obviously added their own tip to my card. They did a terrible job on my nails and then overcharged me. I won’t be returning.

I went with my sister and sat down with a man who’s station was labeled “Paul” I told him I didn’t want my nails buffed down due to how thin they are and he immediately pulled out the tool and grinded my nail polish off, then cut my nails and then while putting on the fake nail to sculpt the acrylic he put one on crooked, ripped it off then reapplied with no extra glue, I asked for coffin shape and ended up with square, after my acrylic was applied he got up and left for 20 minutes, came back and then was making phone calls and doing paperwork, when he finally came back to my nails he slapped on some red and white and said that was it, everything that I have received was not what I asked for and if you’re charging $65 for a full set I expect to get what I’ve asked for, on my right hand my pointer finger and middle finger are crooked and my nails were so painful the next day. The design I asked for was 100% reasonable considering the nails on some of these other reviews, definitely not worth the money.
Edit: I went back and talked with the very nice lady at the front desk and she fixed them as much as she could and gave me a design and rhinestones

Judge the workmanship for yourself. I personally feel like I could have done better. I pay for a service so it looks professional not to look like I did them myself. My toes were so bad I asked for someone else to redo them. There was more paint on my skin than the nail. The man who did them seemed to have cussed me out in his language. It was awkward sitting there having my toes re-polished.

The man that did my pedicure, made my big toe bleed; it seen to me he did that in purpose by pushing a tool way to hard against my toe, after I requested him to clean in between my nails.

I went to a place previously that really messed up my nails. I came to Nailissimo and Richin fixed me right up! He was so gentle with me I could I have fallen asleep. He fixed my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much! I love my nails! I will be back!
