Went to his shop earlier today. It was a fast and easy process. Got the money real quick. Victor is a very nice guy and easy to talk too. I would recommend going to his shop . He will give you the best offer for your jewelry.

This is just from the phone conversation I had with someone from this place. From what I was told they didn't accept anything but gold and jewelry, that's it. This is funny cuz this store is in Palmdale.you'll be lucky if you get fake jewelry let alone gold. Said no to iPad, tool, camera equipment, and collectibles. So if this is what you want to show them don't even bother. Not "sure bring it in and let me see it" just straight no. I would check this place for any jewelry that was stolen from you since that's all they take. I mean who in Palmdale is bringing these people that much gold and jewelry that they can say no and be picky and stay open? Just my opinion. Those people leaving good reviews and comments seem imaginary to me so don't waste your time.

I took a white gold piece and a diamond ring.First he grabs the gold says out loud oh silver drops it on scale and i say hold up thats white gold he looks closer and says oh ok.tried to pull fast one then tries to pay me and says oh didnt notice diamonds on the ring.anyways 1.4 ct diamond ring and white gold bracelett he tried to give me 120$.I took it to another pawm shop got 850$..This guy is a scam

I wanted a white gold chain personalized chain, & I heard about this place by co-workers, so I decided to stop by to see if he can make what I was looking for; I didn’t want any kind of chain, I wanted a nice link chain white gold, low and behold Victor delivered, I was so shocked & surprised he gave me just what I was looking for. Thank you so very much Victor. The service was excellent, his attitude was the best. I highly recommend Pawn Big to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
