6 years later im still coming to this location and they are still absolutely amazing. They treat all the animals and their humans with such kindness. They are always full of smiles great vibes and ready to help! I take my crazy green haired self in there with my dogs, my cat and even my chickens have gone in with me. (Yes chickens. Im a crazy chicken lady lol.) ? We go in one at a time for more of their live millworms. Every single time I go in I get what I need and more weather it be advive and tips or a awsome new or restocked items! Best petsmart 100%”

But that's just me If you have a duck if you have a lizard If you have a bird it's all there for you with top of the line products for your dog or your animals and everybody there who works there are very knowledgeable and what makes it more enjoyable is that they love their job You're not out there to scam you for money they're out there to guide you into whatever you need everything there is just a pleasure for my dog lol”

“Started coming here because we wanted to know more about the food we gave our dogs, we have a boxer and a frenchie; we weren’t to sure about brand and ingredients that would help them both without buying separate bags for each of our dogs, Hot shot pet shop was honest since the beginning recommending and suggesting the best products that would answer our concerns.
