3rd rent increase in 2 years. I will be paying 60% more for the same size unit as some others. Called the 1800 Public Storage number they are no help.

The gentleman at the desk was awesome but unfortunately very unhappy as my unit was placed in someone else's name when I logged in to secure my rental. He had to cancel the transaction which I still haven't received credit to my bank yet and that was the 6th of July and redo it so it was in my name as I organally placed it. Now I can't login
