Really fast service, nice people and great customer support. I was able to walk in around 3:45 and got seen in less then 6 minutes. Self check in is also a great idea for me. The blood work was done effectively and easily. No pain. Very professional. Thank you!

Quest is the best I've had in ten years. Web site shows my results on a graph from all the years. Now my medical group is High desert which forces me to use LabCorp which has a fake website never shows results or appointments and there is no human that answers the phone. Now I'm on the hunt to find a medical group that contracts with Quest. Please tell me so I can change.

I went in to get my blood drawn at 8 am on 5/31/23, and there was only 1 person in front. We were both walk-ins. When I was cordial to the person in front of me and told her to go ahead of me, Jeremy intercepted and asked if we had an appointment, we said no, he proceeded to say that we will be waiting for "a very long time" with a condescending face and a voice. This is the second time he has treated us in a very rude and quit frankly hurtful manner. First time was when I took my disabled son for a urine test and we practically had to beg him to get a urine cup since my son was almost urinating on himself about to cry. I don't know how this guy holds his job at this company. I'm not sure if anybody at quest diagnostic corporate read these reviews. I hope they do and really take some proactive measures, a lot of patients are very dissatisfied.

I always like this location. Signing in is quick and easy. The employees are professional and quick. Ebony took my blood this time, and she was exceptional. She found a vein very fast and was able to draw blood with very little pain on my end.

Someone used my information to make an appointment. I live 2,300 miles away. Contacted this office multiple times through their website and by email to make them aware and requesting they resolve this. Haven't received any messages back. What a joke.

I like that I can schedule an appointment on their app then let them know I am there using a text message. The place is clean and they have wonderful techs. My complaint is that they have you sign on an electronic device without showing you what you are signing. I declined tests that my insurance would not cover. I was given the electronic device to sign that I declined the tests. Because I could not see what I was signing, it was actually a form that said I would pay for all tests that my insurance would not cover. Now we are in a battle and nobody at Quest will assist me. I have called billing 4 times and that signature puts an end to any conversation that I try to have with them. My dr has it on file that I declined the tests but they won't listen. If you go to Quest, demand that you see what you are signing - warning, it isn't available. I was told they will print it out as you leave but not for everything.

Jeremy is bitter and hates his job. There is no other explanation otherwise of why he would be so impolite, bothered by patients and just unpleasant. He needs a job with no customer service requirements and no interaction with other humans. Maybe he will be happier too.

Horrible place, closes early.... No walk-ins, lazy staff. You can only communicate online, they don't answer the phones...ever!!

The man working there (Jeremy) was super kind and courteous. My wife had he blood drawn, and were were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We've had her blood drawn at other locations but this was by far the quickest and easiest. She also has small veins so most people have trouble with drawing her blood, so it was great that they had zero issues with her. Would recommend.

Very unfriendly individual provided a, I cannot help you with an appointment. Even though walk-ins are available. Arrived 30 minutes before the location closed. Not quite sure how they can get away with servicing the public with that kind of customer service.

First time at Quest Diagnostics in the AV. I walk in following a cardiology appointment to find nobody at the front desk. No bell to ring for assistance. No patients waiting to be seen. When at last an employee came out of the back he said they were closed and could not do the draw. I point out that I arrived 20 minutes before closing and that nobody is ahead of me. In the time it took for "Jeremy" to review my lab orders and then tell me that I needed an appointment, that they don't have to take walk-ins, that I was too late, etc. I could have had my blood drawn and been out the door! Before I came to appreciate that I would not be seen, I asked Jeremy a question to confirm if a specific type of test could be done at Quest at all, telling him up front that I had initially gone to another lab that performed the wrong test and then later said they were unable to perform the test the physician actually ordered. Needless to say he did not scan the bar code on the order nor confirm for me if they could even do the test if I made an appointment to come back. As a result, I will have to report back to two different doctors that Quest was unable to perform the labs. Nearly 20 years ago, I stopped going to Quest locations where I formally lived because the floors and seating areas were dirty and overcrowded, wait times too long, costs excessive compared to other labs and their phlebotomists gave me visions of blood-sucking vampires. (I don't watch horror movies, have no fear of needles and have never had a bad vibe from phlebotomists at any other lab -- but at Quest "creepy" has been my impression of their male phlebotomists at multiple locations over multiple years.)I have never had anything but positive experiences with employees at other labs. It doesn't matter WHERE the Quest Diagnostics Lab is located or how many years pass between visits, they always have some sort of problem. It should be impossible to have a consistently bad experience unless the corporate culture at Quest is such that it is incapable of seeing itself through the eyes of the customer. Jeremy is smart enough to understand that his management will back him up, otherwise he would have been motivated to help. He wasn't the least bit concerned that closing early with no written policy to confirm the cutoff time for blood draws would get him in trouble even though I matter-of-factly stated that I would call corporate to obtain clarification on company policy to refuse walk-ins during business hours in the absence of any other patients waiting to be seen. Jeremy's behavior tells me that Quest management are willing to protect their "bad apples" over company reputation and customer satisfaction. One need only look at the reviews here that mention Jeremy by name in conjunction with a bad experience to understand that Jeremy walks on water with management, otherwise he would have been let go long before I walked through his door.Bottom line? If you are new to a Quest Diagnostics location and don't know any better, be prepared to be lectured on how you failed to follow rules you didn't know they have. This company allows employees to tell patients to go take a hike knowing full well there will be zero repercussions for "customer no service".

I had labs done today at the quest office on 11th street in Palmdale. Jeremy agreed to see me even after my app was lost in the system. I had fasted and prepped for my labs . Jeremy had many people to deal with yet he was calm and organized and nice to everyone. I am thankful he did not m as he me come back !?

Terrible service! Jermey was extremely rude and very unpleasant. Jeremy was weird & very rude. He had to go down on his knees and be near my private area because He told me I had to have my son in a position as if i was burping him, so my sons feet are obviously hanging to draw blood, mind you This was for my month old baby, the other location had no problem at all with my son the last 4 times I took him. And they always had him in a laying position on the seat to have control of the blood. Very rare and strange that he couldn't do the same this time & He kept making comments about it that were said with such a bad attitude. On top of that, he's asking my boyfriend for supplies out of the cabinet & such without saying please. But first of all, have your supplies ready! He was Very unprepared. Leaking blood everywhere & wiping my son with a dirty gauze that he would just throw off to the side then pick up again get this guy out of here this is really a problem. This was absolutely unacceptable. Do not come to this location.
