I had an amazing experience at Palmdale Kia and I truly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
Bryan, who was in charge of getting my loan approved, was absolutely fantastic. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I got the best possible outcome. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
Isaiah, the sales manager, was just as impressive. He was up-front, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything regarding my vehicle. His professionalism and honesty made me feel confident and well taken care of.
And a huge thank you to Anthony, who took the time to walk me through every feature, button, and detail on my Kia. He was patient, friendly, and made sure I knew how to use everything so I could enjoy my car to the fullest. I truly appreciated how thorough he was.
Overall, the entire team made me feel valued and treated me like more than just another customer. I highly recommend Kia Palmdale to anyone looking for excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that genuinely wants to help you. TRUST Kia service department has really done a 180 from when I took it in there a year ago. They have courtesy vehicles if your car will be in service for a while and there was no pulling teeth to get one. The previous owners/managers (Palmdale Kia) of the service department made me not want to come back. This team makes me want to come back/keep bringing my car here for service. Shout out to Gessennia for the constant communication/updates. Keep up the good work.

John, the financial advisor, was outstanding — he worked through all the paperwork with us fast efficiently and clearly. And Jason, the sales manager, really sealed the deal by working hard to get us the best price possible on our new 2026 Kia K5.

10000000000/10 the best service I’ve EVER had at a car dealership. The team was amazing. Words cannot express how amazing they were! Jason was so hands on, which I've never experienced from a sales manager. He was informative and transparent. John was so chill and went through all the paperwork so fast but thoroughly. The star of the show was DEONDRE!!!!!! If you need a car please go to him. He was quick to help us before we even stepped foot in the parking lot. He made our experience unforgettable. He was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He went through every detail with us and went above and beyond from start to finish. He treated my husband and I like family, I really cannot stress enough how great he was!!

I was extremely pleased with the car purchase experience with Trust Kia. They were the most professional and provided the best price for the car my family wanted. They were cognizant of my time restrictions, especially with having a family, which was much appreciated. In addition to being professional, they were friendly, and efficient. First of all Jess at the service desk was super nice, warm and hospitable. I can’t recall the last time I met a service rep like her but she got me checked in for my appointment, answered all my questions and educated me on a few things I wasn’t aware of while having my first Hybrid. Second Steve, the service manager, was helpful in getting things squared away on an issue I had with my service contract. I have came in the past to buy parts but didn’t have a need for service. Since this is the first oil change on a brand new hybrid, I wanted to make sure it was done right. Jess and Steve made that assurance real. 😊🙏🏾

Mr. Louis and Mr. Jason, I love the mustache and I love the customer service. They did phenomenal job helping me today. Get into a car that I didn’t know that I was gonna be able to get into.
