They do a wonderful job you're taking care of your toenails. I was disappointed today when I went back in to explain to them that i've never had a problem with my toes.I know they have a lot of good reviews, but I have no reason to make up this the first time I went, I end up with a ingrown toenail.
I don't know if it was the manager, but she took care of me very good, and she showed me how the ingrown toenail how she took 3 of them out and she said, they were sorry, then it happened to me again. I went back so they could take care of it which they didn't. The lady was saying it was my fault. I don't understand how it wasn't my fault. 62 years old never had ingrown toenail. I tried to explain to her but her. English is very harsh that I don't understand she said for me to go to my own doctor in which I will tell them what happened and how this happened, because this is not right, because I cannot wear no insight shoes. It hurts really bad and the first time they took care of it and all this time. She's saying it was my fault and I told her, why didn't I get it? On my other toe, but this one I know they have good points, but they need to take care of their customers.Thank you

This nail salon never disappoints! The service is always amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with your nails. I love that no matter which nail tech I book with, the results are always beautiful. They’re talented, friendly, and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Definitely my go-to spot!

Very nice, clean, assertive, and friendly techs~ I've been coming here for 20 years~ no problems ever~ my favorite nail tech is David ~Tina does awesome nail designs~ Sofia is so gentle to the touch when giving medi/pedi's~ all of the techs will get the job done, regardless of what you need~
