NIGHTMARE……..I transferred over to Riteaide because they had the brand name for one of my prescriptions. I also take a pain medication because of my hip replacement and having injections in my knees. I do not abuse the medication,
I take only when I feel that I need it.
I just want to have a normal as I can every day life.
I have taken abuse from a few of the male pharmacist over my medication for the last time!!!!!! When did Riteaid hire licensed Doctors!!!! They want to argue with me every time I get my refill. I am 69 yrs old and I have taken this pain medication off and on since I was diagnosed with Lupus as a teenager. I do NOT ABUSE my medicine!!!
My doctor is an Internal medical doctor and very knowledgeable.
The Pharmacist at this location said that they would not refill my medication unless it is from a pain management organization…….. So where are the licenses for these Pharmacist to say that I need a pain management over my Internal Medicine Doctor!!!!! I can’t believe the arrogance of this male staff to over ride my doctor when they have NO knowledge or license to say that they are educated as a real Doctor!!!!!
I have argued and even my doctor has told them they are not the Doctor.
I have NEVER MISUSED MEDICATION EVER!!!
I am still living and have not over dosed, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!
I have transferred back to CVS AND WILL NEVER EVER use Riteaide again!!!!
The Pharmacist need to GO BACK TO TRAINING AND REMEMBER THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS!!!
I see a Lawsuit in the making!

These folks really like their jobs. This isn't something you can teach in a class. These employees were brought up right. They have old fashioned, good manners. Every time I go in, I get greeted with a smile, and a hello, and they say my name ! This is refreshing. How many places do you go shopping nowadays where they remember your name? Not too many, I bet. The prices on medicines, General merchandise, and food, are comparable to the Food 4 Less, right next door ! At the pharmacy, Freddie and everyone else greets me with a smile, and a hello, and my name, as do the other pharmacy employees. This Rite Aid knows customer service, and never disappoints on prices, and in stock conditions.

Ok I’m going to assume that the white guy pushing the empty cart around acting like he was shopping is your loss prevention guy! Great! Stores need these guys to stop people from stealing, but what they shouldn’t be doing is following 2 women around just because they are holding stuff in there hands and looking at other stuff! We weren’t acting suspicious or trying to hide anything we were holding! He even came around the corner all quick with one of the workers while we were by the makeup aisle looking at nail polish! I bet he felt stupid when we got in line to pay! It makes me wonder if he singled us out because my sister n law is Hispanic or because I’m covered in tattoos! Either way it was a bad judgment call because I am in fact a business owner! Do better Rite Aid!! This is not cool!

This rite aid is literally down the street from my home so I decided to go here sense I got my tooth pulled and needed to fill my prescription. Nobody was in the drop off line but They still took awhile to acknowledge me. Also took awhile for them to fill my prescription but overall I'm satisfied. Thanks!

Came to get my 1st dose of Pfizer and as I’m seating here, I see the difference between this place to the one on 47th. More workers helping out customers including the doctor. Not as much waiting as the other place. I come from Littlerock and don’t regret coming all the way tomthis Rite Aid.
