The wait time to pay your bill is HORRIBLE. It takes to long to get waited on.
Services is so much better in Lancaster. Their customer service isn’t good either nobody seems to care and the Manager doesn’t care either.
In response to “the owner “. I should not have to go on a social media platform to get better customer service and support, that’s insulting to say the least, as much money as Spectrum charges the customers, Management should better staff this location, and train your employees to be more customer friendly not be so robotic.
I live in Palmdale but if I want to get in and out of Spectrum store quickly then I must pay my bill in the Lancaster store when I go over to Lancaster.
Don’t respond with a suggestion, respond by getting in and out your store more efficiently.

Required electronic check in. All 3 males working won't talk to anyone at all even if issue with checking in. Person left black bag full of stuff and the staff left it on the floor without looking at it. Could be explosives anything and they don't check cause they can't be bothered. The worst kind of business practices.

I had to go in to pick up new internet equipment and although I was more then an hour early for my appointment I was seen right away. Very fast, and courteous service.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my account set up here at the store, Janet helped me and she was incredibly helpful and patient when it came to setting me up with internet, I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

Very busy location. Highly advise getting an appointment set up online and check-in 20-30min prior on your phone if your close by. I checked in 20min early on the link they sent me and was seen 2 min after walking in the store. Others were waiting around for awhile and they all looked when I was called to the counter so fast after arriving. So getting an appointment helps! The staff I dealt with on a modem equipment return was nice and the transaction was fast took maybe 3min tops.

the worst service imaginable internet constantly goes out and when it doesn't work all they do is say sorry and send a tech who never fixes anything. if i could switch services i would in heart beat. unfortunately they have a monopoly in my area and their the only service provider. i would give 0 stars if i could for the value of the service you pay and for the quality you get does not match. overpriced constantly raising prices and and never hold up their ends for stable service their company is a joke and embarrassment.

Not much good to say about this Spectrum Store (I RARELY give negative reviews), the excriment in this place is rank and [they] don't know it.I'm new in this city and I was attempting to open a new account.Another TOO big to fail Corp because Spectrum does NOT care about us. -The employees are not knowlegable AND the real problems is, they too just DO NOT care. The Palmdale monopoly must end before any of this will ever get better.Negative Stars if I could.
