I came in to return my spectrum equipment (router and modem). Expecting a headache or a hassle, I was instead helped by Edgar who was knowledgeable and made the process easy. He was even able adjust my monthly bill!

The worst Customer service associate
I stopped there to add mobile lines
Susan Riddle helped me first she told me no worries when u leave I will give you all your lines working . After I signed all the documents she told me are u ready to go I said why do I need my new lines working . She changed and said NOOO you need to wait or call customer service to activate your phones lines . Well I left I called 5 o 6 times customer service also terrible service.
Few day later I stop at this store .
Ari customer service associate helped me . With a completely bad attitude looks like I owe him something or asking for something free .
Making short all of this
I don’t know why spectrum hired this kind of person.
Now I understand why this store got bad reviews

Very Unprofessional Customer Service. Too much personal time on their hands. Too much time trying to flirt with customers. Explains why the lines be so long with upset customers. Very sad location

Called like 10x to cancel my wifi. I went into the store 1x and no one seems to understand to cancel my service. So frustrating. I'm in the process of moving and now I'm getting billed another month. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with spectrum!

Spectrum has billed me for tv services for two years after account was cancelled. Since payments were on autopay, we assumed we were being billed for internet services only; however, we were also being billed $35 a month for tv services although the account was cancelled in January 2023 and equipment was returned. Customer service was unable to help and the supervisor, EJ, would talk over me on the phone. Spectrum would not refund any portion of the overcharge. I feel they were intentionally dishonest in cancelling our tv packages but leaving another undisclosed charge on the account. I spoke to other previous subscribers who had the same billing issues.

My phone service just stopped working after upgrading my service with spectrum. I came into this location and Susan helped me. She was so amazing and helpful to my situation that I had to leave a review. Thank you Susan for your time and patience with me you have truly made my day.

MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE, DONT WALK IN. waited over 40 min to be seen. There needs to be more workers with the high amount of people coming in.

Slow customer service. Workers operate slow, move slow.. 30 min wait to drop off a modem. Don't reach out or respond to this review and tell me to reach out on Facebook. I won't. You guys need to manage your locations better. These workers are inefficient. One guy here is trying to LEARN how an iPhone works to set it up for a customer and continues to chat it up with them. This is ridiculous. If this wasn't the closest store, I'd never bother with this place ever again.

Super annoyed! Waited over 20 mins for help just to return 2 old devices since I got an upgrade on my boxes. There was only 2 people working and 1 of them kept going to the back who knows for what in between customers and there is a good amount of people waiting to be helped. Not coming back again!
