They should know how to train their employees. I waited over 30 minutes trying to open an account for the employees to say they don’t know how to open business accounts.

Spectrum is TRASH. I have the fastest speeds they offer at home and at work. My freaking cameras don’t even work. In an out service. Out of date hardware. These guys have provided me Soooooo much frustration I am switching to att. This company REALLY sucks. Buyer beware

Use to be an okay location but recently they only have 2 to 3 workers working and not working fast enough. They are also recently not refreshing the walk-in customer signing list, so you have no idea of when you are next.

Tasha was totally amazing thank you I came in the store very stressed out after buying a new iPhone online and she fixed everything. She calmed my nerves and she is just she went above and beyond and I am so happy now leaving Spectrum and my phone is working and I just want you to know that she is wonderful thank you, Mary Heximer

Just want to give a wonderful recommendation to Rochelle Routhier the customer service rep at Spectrum on Ave K in Lancaster Ca. She was very knowledgeable and helped me for all my needs. We need more service reps like Rochelle who cares about her customers. Great job Rochelle 5 st

I would give Spectrum -1 stars if I could. I moved locations so I returned the equipment and got new Xumo boxes instead. That was in November. Here is it January and I am still getting charged for the returned equipment. I spoke with at least 4 representatives and 2 Supervisors and they still cannot fix the problem. I constantly get automated calls from them stating they are going to shut my services off if I dont pay for the equipment. Spectrum sucks...I would not recommend them to anyone. And the Xumo boxes constantly go out when they are doing automated updates.. I do not understand why their customer service is bad with all the reviews they are receiving.
