I had such a wonderful experience today, having some previous hair nightmares elsewhere. Led me to Jay doing my Haircut, nervous and filled with anxiety, she was so sweet and didn't push anything, made sure I was comfortable through the whole service! And I came out with a gorgeous haircut that gave me a much needed boost of confidence! Thank you Jay!!!

oh my god. i have to go to my brothers wedding tomorrow and they gave me one side short and one side long. i would not ever recommend this place and instead go to a barber not supercuts!

I'm not one to complain usually, but this really bothered me. Came in yesterday morning to schedule an appointment for me and my husband. My husband walked in and told them that he needed a haircut and I needed highlights, so they scheduled us for 12:30pm.When we came in for our appointment, they took us in seated us at the chairs, and my husband got his haircut. I was taken to the hair cutting chair and to clarify, I asked the lady if they were going to cut my hair first or after they dyed my hair, so she asked if I was going to get my whole head highlighted or just half. So I told her I wanted my whole head done, so then she proceeded to say ok, and we agreed to chop some of the end of my hair since it was damaged and dyed. Then she moved me to the hair dying chair and told me she was going to go prepare the hair dye.A moment later, she came back with her manager and another associate to tell me they didn't have time to do my whole head, only half and that if I wanted to do it all, that I would have to come back... not once did the lady who started doing my hair say that she could not do it. Apparently, the lady that booked our appointments earlier had misunderstood highlights for "layered "... Either way, they could have told me in the first place that they didn't have time instead of wasting our time. My husband would have just got his haircut in the morning when we first came in.I ended up leaving with my hair choped, although the lady did ask me to fix it, I was so disturbed by their actions. I just wanted to get out of there at that point. ?

Men’s haircuts are virtually perfect every time. Talented. Fast. Clean. Friendly.had Kimberly or Norma ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️Only complaint is I never remember the name of my hairstylist. It is NOT recorded in my history and did not find it on my receipt. It is fortunate I get a great cut every time I go so it is not a huge issue :), just a small nag.Services: Kids' cuts

I called this place for an appointment for my 93 year old grandmother and they provided me with same day appointment. The lady that cut my grandmother's hair was very kind and had a conversation with her. My grandmother loved it there. The place was very organized and clean too. Highly recommend this place.
