It's a horrible place to do business especially if you have a disability..customer service told me to go to this store and they would give me a new SIM card at no cost to me because I haven't been able to use my phone and I just recently 3 days ago paid my bill....but any anyways upon entering there store I had the strangest feeling and not the nicest especially suffering a couple mental disabilities like one being schizophrenia I just felt they were plotting something I didn't know about or knew something i didnt know about.......have you people ever had that type of feeling this is for the workers in the store the last couple days i went and made me feel what i felt to be taking the time to write this 1 day 2 days im writing this in hopes another person doesn't have to suffer what im goin thru to be one of your customers i ask you to be better than what you have shown me i ask to step and be what your called not what you been showing you people are supposed to be professionals please if your not do us all a favor and at least act like it i have now went to this store peticulary at least 4 or 5 times and one of the days I went 4 times in one day and still they cant activate my sim card to this day my bill is paid and this is part of T-Mobile customer service i guess...but people be aware you dont want nothing to do with this store especially if you have a disability

Tried to switch over a line from another provider and I guess I messed up on my end but the employee or manager, looked gay and big with a piercing on his right ear, we're so rude about it so i just went to another T-Mobile store and they helped me with pleasure!!

Scam!!! This store and its manger Jose (didn't even have a name tag!) are scammers! I came to purchase two iPhones and they said it was their store policy that I had to buy them with a bundle. The bundle included a case and screen protectors, I said I was not interested in buying that I simply wanted to buy the two iPhones. With the bundle it would have been an additional 120$. I then asked why can I not buy the phones by themselves and the manager said it was their policy. I then requested to see the policy on ink and they did not provide it. I told them they are forcing customers to buy more than they want. I then called the T-Mobile store down the road and they said that was not T-Mobile policy and that store shouldn't be telling its customers that! I came to the store and bought two iPhones 13s with no bundle.

This place love to use the phrase "on us" do not fall for any of it you may think your paying a device off with how they word and find out later that is far from the truth your still paying the entirety of the device over time. And beware of there employees and manager after they make a sale they love to tell you that they can't help you after if there are any mistakes on your billing that you should wait 2-3 months for it to change, or they give you a number to a helpline that isn't very helpful 3 times out 10 your going have to ask for a supervisor to get anywhere off of this "helpline". Do your best to stay away from there trade in and on us offers they are scammers in that regard.

Very rude customer service!!! They told me I was ineligible for a upgrade then I called T-Mobile and they where able to help me there and got my upgrade thru them, and will be getting my new phone in the next 48 hrs!!! I felt like I was bothering them for a service they are suppose to provide. They were more concerned about there side conversation than to help there customers who they are supposed to be there for!! very unprofessional!!! Que se pongan a trabajar y no a ser menos a la gente….

Seeing other reviews I just say those are a lie. Robert is honest and knows what he's talking about when it comes to deals and promotions. Those Lancaster store are always giving me false information. Thank you Robert and staff
