becareful with these people in this store especially i came into this store and didnt sign anything or accept anything a month i was just trying to check if i was able to open credit with some lines but decided i was going to wait so i left the store a month after i get a paper saying i have three phone lines and i have such and such time to pay it when i didnt approve for it to go through or i never came across any phones they are using my name and credit do not come to this store they will use your information and give you a bill with out authorization

Jason from TMOBILE on 47th St. in Palmdale CA. He is a great employee, very attentive and very expert in what he does, he has helped 5 members of my family with different problems and he has always helped us all with a smile and ready to solve any problem we have with our phones. My mom was at this location on Thursday to upgrade phones and she walked out with her phones not working properly!!!! Phones were not backed up and had no service.

I had went to their store for an exchange and they failed to tell me that there was water damage and I am not eligible for an exchange, now I am without a phone for another week. Terrible!

I was helped by angel and let me tell you I had the best customer service ever at tmobile, although I was not ready to purchase anything he took his time explaining everything I needed to know,I will definitely be back next Sunday to get a new line for my frien..thank you angel for all your great help

Got help by a very nice guy, his name is Kenny, he greeted me and helped me with an issue I had with my phone, and if you speak Spanish I recommend going to him, he speak it perfectly so you will understand everything he tells you.

I visited TMOBILE because I need a new phone, everything when really smooth, Alfonso who help me out, was very patient, very helpful and answered every single question that I had, he explained everything about the contract and payments, I'm so happy with my new phone, I'm 100%satisfied with their service, thanks TMOBILE ???

Hi everyone I do my best to put negative reviews but this I have to share my bad experience with t mobile on 47 st started on 3/12/23 I purchased a phone Galaxy a14 5-g. With in 3 hr the phone got blocked. The next day I go to the store waisted li two hrs at the same time I was waiting I was on the phone with a technician he agreed that phone was defective. But they didn't care. The whole time I was there they ignore my concern they ignore that TEC want to talk to someone from the staff they didn't not care they started that they were busy. I call the next day with another technician. He was very helpful call the supervisor of The told me that the were going to replace the phone or I could return the phone. 3rd time going to the store no supervisor available finally I get a call after I spoke to all this people some guy name cesar call me to tell me that I can't return the phone at this time I am so upset. Open a claim with my Bank so I left it at in my mind I'm thinking o.k so lost My $300 dollars. Pray to God and put all this and his hand. So today. My husband wants to go switch to another phone company. But some reason we came to t.movil on 20th street. While my husband doing hi business a very nice guy name Robert he started helping me with the phone the guy was able to fix it with 30 minutes. I feel very appreciated about my problem was .fix I Will be calling my bank to remove my claim. I all about the great costumes service thank you 20th street

They're always friendly and helpful, but it always seems like they're new. When I have to go into a store it feel like no one knows what they're doing.
