“I visited today and was having problems finding what I needed and one of your employees named Daisy was the greatest help! So patient and knowledgeable immediately found what I came for! I did later find out she was a manager but great experience for shopping at goodwill I can't say the same for your other locations in town!”

“Had some items to donate!! If you have items to donate go to the back! They have a garage where they accept items. I dropped off the donation, asked for a receipt and left! Pretty easy process. Did not go inside and look around! Rating 4/5 because the drop off area was not labeled / visible!”

“It's getting better it used to be about two years ago horrible. The manager is sweet and very helpful. Their selection is OK but you should give them higher and stuff once in a while the place is definitely not a place where people are going to donate anything quality wise, it's better than the Goodwill on West Palmdale next to the mall that one is pathetic”

“A place where they practice what they preach. I am so grateful for HOTVTS! I am currently homeless and they just hooked me up with some warm clothes. I was going to spend my last $8 on a hoodie and I set aside my pride and asked if they could help me out. Not only did I not pay for the hoodie, but got a pair of sweats, jeans and two shirts. When I get out of this mess I've made of my life, I will be frequenting this store. Thank you so much!!”
