We stopped by at Tillys in Antelope Valley Mall after work by for a pick up for a backpack we ordered online earlier today. We got to the store at 6:54 pm and they already had the doors locked and not allowing people inside anymore. I said just picking up and they said the register were closed already. They still had a customer being ringed up in a register. The associate asked the Manger we were just picking up and no money was involved because it was already paid online and he said no that they were already closed. By this time it was 6:57 pm and the store advertised they close at 7:00 pm. It seemed more like the manager just wanted to leave early. Bad customer service before the store closed.

I placed an order for my granddaughter for 2 pairs of jeans. I never receive them. And their response was it was delivered! They don't care about customer service. All they want is our money. We need to NOT give it to them.

After standing at the back table for a few minutes to use the fitting rooms I was over looked. Ok. One person not a problem. After they took the second person I spoke up and said "excuse me I've been standing here for a minute and you just over looked me when I was here first. They apologized in a rude manor and I was over it already because now all the fitting rooms where full. I did let another worker know and told them how I thought it was a little rude and left.

Worst online order ever, I acknowledge it was my fault for ordering wrong size but normally a kids medium is 8-10 so I stupidly didnt look and just ordered medium. But quickly saw my mistake cause there sizing is different and tried to cancel order. Of course they have nothing that allows you to cancel so I sent a message immediately.Not hearing anything back in call in the next day during the customer service hours. Guess what to late to cancel supposedly. Worlds stupidish online serve and the customer service person is completely useless sense they supposedly can't do anything about online orders. Waste of time and money Thanks alot Tilly's.

I've came here plenty of times but I couldn't find anything that I liked. They had tons of different tees and shoes but most of it are t shirts which for me I wasn't interested in. They have multiple deals but for the product I felt it wasn't worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and I enjoy the store but just can't find anything for me

I don't shop at the mall anymore because retail prices are to much. Our visit was nice. They have lot of merchandise to choose from. The customer service is okay. Some employees said hello Some didn't. They remodeled sometime ago. Store looks appealing.

Good store but they never have more than two cashiers on, and usually only one. It’s nice products and service but a very long wait which makes me want to avoid it :/

The manager at this AV location has really bad customer service, she’s very snotty and rude and doesn’t seem to care about her customers, I didn’t get her name but she’s short, skinny and always has long nails, which I complemented her on and got a snotty response. Aside from this, the employees at the register are very nice but they never seem to know anything when I get to the registers they always have to wait on a manager which takes a long time for her to come up to the register to answer a simple question that every employee should already know. I’d much rather drive all the way down to the Santa Clarita location for better customer service or just order online. This Tillys in the AV is a mess.

I love the store because it has beautiful decks, along with clothes I love to see and get a grip of. Workers there are so on point and sweet.

Really great store. It's clean and people are always ready to help. There's usually one cashier kinda sux but it's not so bad. Quality products too is a plus. I enjoy most about this store is that there's usually sales floor people available, most places don't even have that. FYI ordering online is fast and convenient as well.

Girlfriend went in at 1:30ish to exchange my pants, i was on FaceTime and they didn't have the ones i was looking for so i just told her to return them instead... this is where we start. She gets to the front and a lady starts to help her and do the return when another co-worker (male) approaches her and accuses her of stealing pants. He tells the female "make sure everything matches on that receipt" and my girlfriend clearly says that she was on the phone with her boyfriend looking for the right size but they didn't have it, he says something like "i saw you put them in your bag you need to come with me" my girlfriend says "um no you can look at your cameras" he goes to say "sorry we've had a lot of teens stealing lately" if you want to catch teens so bad bud, either apply for security or go sit on the computer and play with the joystick looking for thief's.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PARTICULAR TILLYS LOCATION! OUTRAGEOUSLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If your a TILLYS store lover like me your better off shopping online or driving to a different TILLYS store! This TILLYS store is unbelievably rude. I've been coming here for about 5 years and the first 3 years were amazing. There was 2 particular managers that I absolutely loved. I can't remember their names but I remember one is incredibly hilarious and she had what looked like a bear paw/brass knuckle tattoo on her chest with hearts on it! She would always help me and my son when we came in and she never made me feel like how these current employees do. She always had my son and I laughing and she always found me the perfect outfits! I havnt seen her there in the past 2 years neither have I seen the other dark long haired Hispanic manager I believe her name was valorie? It started with a V. It's like ever since those 2 managers havnt been there the store has turned to garbage customer service wise. All the employees do is stand around in groups and talk and they try hard not to make eye contact with you which I'm assuming is so that you won't ask them anything. Even getting a dressing room was so hard because no one helps you so I just helped myself and walked into a dressing room and I'm already inside changing and I hear someone start opening it with a key so I yell and say excuse me and they rudely say OH SOMEONES IN HERE? and I said yes and they rudely replied with well you didn't ask an employee to get u a dressing room or we would have e known u were in here and wouldn't open the door on you so if you don't want to get walked in on try following the rules. I'm not kidding you folks! This young African American lady said that to me! She had really big brown eyes and braces I believe she was very mean. I felt bullied almost by her! Anyways my rants over I just really miss how customer service used to be... It seems like customer service is going down hill every where not just here. Must be the 21rst century :(
