“I have taken a total of 9 vehicles to this specific Jiffy Lube over the years. To be clear, I do not go here because of Jiffy Lube, I keep returning because of the head mechanic, Chris. His knowledge of vehicles and vehicle repair is unsurpassed. He does an outstanding job with my regular oil changes and has identified/repaired issues that other mechanics could not. The only time I received poor service at this jiffy lube was years ago when I accidentally went there on his day off. He is always kind, personable and professional. He's made it to where I feel confident that he will take care of my vehicle and I actually look forward to the friendly interaction. “I called early in the week because a friend referred me, saying they're amazingly helpful and courteous, and that I'd be in and out in no time. I spoke with TG (I'm hoping that's correct) who quoted me a price for two tires that was well below two other stores I'd called. And, the same brand. Instead of being there first thing in the morning, I finally got over there about an hour before they closed on Saturday. A nice gentleman greeted me at my car and I explained about my conversation with TG, he directed me where to park and led me inside. TG helped me at the counter (remembering my call and quote - customer service win) and BOOM. 20 minutes later I'm out the door with two new tires and a weight off my shoulders and brain.
