“The communication and customer service were the best part of my experience. The prices were very reasonable for the brake services that were performed. Having a full inspection report with findings sent to my phone with pictures was really helpful in making the determinations of what was needed for my vehicle. I will be returning and recommending pep boys to friends and family.
One ding will be the amount of time it took to get my vehicle back. It was a saturday so I know most shops aren't open on the weekends. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and picked it up at 5pm. Since we have a second family vehicle that wasn't a problem for me, but I can see that being an issue for others who have no other means of getting around.”

Mario M and Anthony were incredibly helpful and changed our tires despite Mario having to stay past closing time to get it done same day so we could get back on the road. The service was exceptional and we would’ve been in a much rougher situation if it wasn’t for this tire center. 100% recommend!!”
