“Went today for my sons birthday, as his first experience I say he enjoyed it but it’s not like it use to be. Not sure if it all changed because of COVID but now we have to write our own bear certificate instead of doing it on the computer, maybe because it was a small stand? But other than that the 2 employees who attended us were very nice and patient.”

“I also enjoy my Barnes & Noble experience. I stopped by to pick up some math and writing workbooks for my children and ended up with a book for me and cookies from Starbucks. I was having trouble finding the writing workbooks for my children and a really sweet employee was able to help me immediately. I walked around for a bit and ended up coming across a book that was on my reading list. Made whole by Tiffany Aliche is a must read and I am definitely getting my ? money's worth. I love Barnes and Noble and can't wait to get back!”
