When I order online I would like my stuff in a cart ready to go straight to my car every time I order pellet food and pine bedding for my goat those 2 things are never in a cart just sitting outside in it's normal place they make us get it or a guy loaded the 2 today my stuff was not ready for me just walk in and go it's to hot to wait for my stuff the whole point of any of us making online orders is for everything to be ready in a cart to go in pick up and leave do better next time everything needs to ready fore pick up

Took my 15lb boy to try self wash here in Palmdale 1st time. Cashier did her best, she called 3 separate times for someone to come show us 1. Where the room was. 2. There was supposed to be a lead to hook your dog to to keep in tub, no one came. 3.no real warm water until 2 other ladies came and got 2 guys to come help get it fixed but they didn't ask if we needed anything.4. toweled dried and sun dried because the blower had only cold air blowing and that caused shakes. But for a straight $9.99 I will do it again and will bring my own shampoo not disinfectant and own towels oh and a separate lead so his leash doesn't get wet. Again if cashier could of she would of been back there to help.

I stopped by to pick up a drill bit and ended up buying some work boots just because Holly was such an amazing person to deal with. Just want to say thank you to Holly and to Tractor Supply, for picking outstanding employees and making us always feel welcome the minute we walk through the door. Bad experience, the women’s restroom was disgusting they don’t provide toilet seat covers and they leave a roll of toilet paper sitting on the back of the toilet. So unsanitary. The store was a mess there were boxes everywhere.

I like the place but no one answers the phone wen calling..... would like to know if item is in stock before going....
Update just found out that there phone line where ripped out so no phone service for this place till they fix it.. wow..

I arrived at Tractor Supply Co. 10 minutes before their stated opening time of 8:00 AM. I saw employees coming in and out of the store, so I waited patiently until the official opening time. At 8:04 AM, I went in, expecting the store to be open as advertised. However, I was rudely informed by an employee with glasses that the store was still not open, and she curtly said, "Almost."
What time is “almost,” exactly? Because it certainly isn't the 8:00 AM stated on your site. This lack of professionalism and disregard for advertised opening hours is unacceptable. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

We come once or twice a month to this store to buy feed and supplies for our chickens, kibble, toys and snacks for our dogs and, of course, T-shirts and the toy horses. I buy stuff for my horse every now and then too. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, the place is always clean and stocked. Today we decided to bring over our newest rescue puppy; as soon as Ana saw us walking from the parking towards the store, she figured out that there was something odd with Peaches, she approached and greeted us and asked permission to greet Peaches. She went above and beyond during Peaches first walk around the store and her love and compassion towards Peaches was something we did not expect. Thank you so much Ana! Peaches will be back next week!

Drove by at the store. it was 7:55. waited until 8:20 to open. They open at 8. customer service sucks. The employees were freaking out. I am guessing someone woke up late to open ir they did something wrong. Employees were not friendly at all. I was disappointed. Not coming back again.

My pig eater feed got damaged so I was searching for the same type I bought about 8 yrs ago at red barn animal feed. I searched online and found it at tractor supply. I went to Rakuten app and luckily I found them on there as a vendor. I paid about 60 bucks after tax and got $1.10 in cash back. I picked up same day and it was a successful purchase. I waited in the car as I have a broken ankle and they brought my item to my vehicle after I called the pick up number. Easy smooth transaction.
