I bought a phone online yesterday and it said I could pick it up.. yesterday. I waited all day so I called 1-800 customer service since they neared closing hours. Even the customer service lady who assisted me said they could not reach your store and the location is still supposed to be open. She also sent the store an email stating I was trying to pick up my phone. Second time I ordered a phone and Verizon dropped the ball. Last time I waited days I couldn’t even go to another store to grab it until they canceled my order place it again and waited even more days to pick it up. Same situation again, I’m in need of a phone asap and if I just sit here waiting I’ll never get the phone like before. I’m switching to ATT. Completely Verizon’s systems fault and phone representatives as well. They were awful at assisting me and sent me across town to charge me more at another store. I’m at the store now and Verizon never sent the order over.

We were there this morning a little after 10. A very kind young man helped us with my wife's phone. I'm sorry, we didn't get his name. My wife's phone had definitely malfunctioned. He fixed in less than 2 minutes. He made my wife VERY HAPPY! Great service.?

Horrible experience!! Do not come here, or if you do AVOID Jonathan H. He is the most condescending, deceitful employee I have ever encountered. Lied to me about policies in order to make me pay more. Then talked to me like I was crazy once I caught on! I ended up not purchasing anything... went to another store and paid almost $400 less in additional fees... It's scary to see such employees allowed to help the general public,, what does that say about the practices of the rest of the store!!

I went to this store about 3 weeks ago almost a month ago just right before Christmas i purchased a iphone 15 pro max, i was helped by Jonathan that day i just want to say he made the process real fast and easy soo much professionalism and patience the guy is just great overall ! Kinda would be nice if there was Jonathans every where when came to customer Service the guy is definitely more than 5 stars no doubt! Once Again i wanna thank him for helping me out with everything! Thank you Jonathan !

Jonathan and Isela where extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional they helped me with my issue and I feel they went beyond to make sure I got superior service.I highly recommended this location due to the professionalism from these people. I bought a New Phone about a year ago. I went in a month ago to change out my screen protector and phone case as i had paid almost $250 for those items so they would have "lifetime warranty". i changed my screen protector ONCE before they told me i wasn't allowed to anymore. I guess the new owner isn't allowing previous transactions like that to be valid anymore. How stupid is that ? They have great costumer service but you have a better chance going to a different verizon that isn't a self owned.

I had a truly awful experience at this Verizon store, and I feel compelled to share my one-star review to warn others. My visit to this store left me frustrated and disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service. I initiated two trade-in orders with this store, only for them to cancel both of them without explanation. This left me in a state of limbo, with no help or guidance. When I inquired about the possibility of reinitiating the trade-in in person, I was met with a misleading response. One of the employees claimed there would be an upcharge for in-person service, which was contradicted by a Verizon customer service representative. They can NOT FORCE YOU to buy a case, protection, or any add-ons, and anything they say otherwise is false. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable and only added to the frustration of the experience. The staff working at this location seemed lazy, unmotivated, and completely lacking in empathy for customers who are spending their hard-earned money. It's baffling how they even obtained their positions in the first place. This store offers no assistance, and it appears that they'd rather push you towards customer service, making you jump through hoops. After enduring three long weeks of confusion and frustration, I finally received my new iPhone, but it was no thanks to this store. In fact, they managed to create more problems and complicate the process of getting a new phone and trading in my old one. It's clear that they lack any passion or a sense of responsibility for their customers. Save yourself the headache and disappointment, and avoid this store altogether. If you need Verizon services, go to a corporate store where you're more likely to find dedicated and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about helping you. These individuals at this location have no passion for their work and don't seem to have any sense of responsibility or accountability.
