This is the worst grocery I’ve been to in long time . Each and every time I come this place they’re so rude, it’s really disrespectful . The cashiers are rude, the produce department is rude, the stockers are extremely rude and do not like to be bothered . The person who puts the carts back was even rude !! This will be the last time I shop here . I won’t be spending my money at an establishment that so rude .

While most major grocery store workers are rude and indifferent, this Vons is one of the worst. I'm not sure why the people pulling the on line orders are so rude, but in this store, they'll run you over if you get in their way. God forbid you ask a question. They'll ignore you as if they're too good to answer. I wonder if they realize they're pulling groceries not curing cancer. Rarely enough check outs open even during peak time. Shelves are often empty. If other stores carried what I need, I'd never step foot in there again. I don't understand why everyone that works in this store is so miserable.

Produce was out of the small watermelon cups. I asked Tyra if there were anymore she went and had them cut up some more located me in the store and gave me the cup!! I really appreciate what she did, it was thoughtful and kind. She was AWESOME!!

Usually have great service and interactions here, however to the cashier Arcelia was extremely rude to myself and my fiancé. My fiancé has inputted the wrong number into the card reader, so we did not get all of the coupons and savings we had clipped onto our Vons account. Upon trying to inform the cashier of our mistake, she was extremely rude and told us the number went through, and we had gotten savings. Again when we tried to explain the situation, Arcelia cut us off and said there were savings and the number went through, even though she said a name that was not ours and we did not get the savings. I agreed to just pay, since we did not seem to be listened to, and we probably only would have saved about $20-$30. Still just a very rude interaction. I gladly would have just used self checkout but we had more than 15 items.

Typical grocery store. If you're buying alcohol it could become a pain when there is only 2 check stands open and their busy. They don't tend to call any help or the front so be patient. Overall the store was clean and well kept.

A nicely updated store. Well maintained. Security guard present. Well stocked. There is plenty of parking space.
