I am a daily customer. I come to buy my essential needs. After checkout , Went to restroom. The restroom has poop stains on toilet,poop Smear on walls , employees lack on toilet paper proper installation, no hand soap and no toilet seat covers

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple years and I can’t stand the customer service in the drive thru pharmacy department. A person called Ingrid was so rude and I just confirmed the motive. Last time I came in a very old vehicle it barely ran, she was so rude and almost kicked me out of the line! But when I came in my brand new vehicle she is the sweetest human being. Unbelievable that you get treated with or without respect just because of your vehicle! Pharmacy department do your job and train your personnel to serve and not to judge!

Customer service is horrible. I saw 4 employees who saw me standing at the photo counter waiting for assistance. I was completely ignored.

Worst experience ever I'm running for my life from the hurricane that wiped out my house in Florida. I am in a wheelchair and Im on my way back to Oregon. stopped to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacist looked at me and said well you look disabled and said it's illegal for them to fill it I continue to say my doctor is multi-state licensed he then says have him send the prescription then I asked well do you even have the prescription they whispered back and forth and they said tell him we don't have it and then I asked if they had a different dose and they said no we don't have that either I had my sister called back and they do have it. He would not give me his name or his card. I'm calling corporate and CEO Mr. Skinner first thing in the morning to let them know what their pharmacists are doing.

I also had a bad experience at the Pharmacy. Went to get my medication and they told me that it wasn't there. I had the paperwork from the hospital that said the prescription was electronically sent. I'm not sure if it was the hospital error and they sent the subscription after contacting them back after leaving or if the people at the Pharmacy had an issue with me. All I know is that 15 minutes went by and all of a sudden, the medicine was there.What didn't make sense was the attitude i received from the Pharmacist. He started tossing medications behind him when I came back. What upsets me is that I just came from the emergency room with blood pressure through the roof. Why mess with someone's blood pressure meds like that?

Bad service.... I walked in to buy some medicine, paid walked out. 10 minutes later went back to exchange cause didn't really pay attention due to the descriptions and I couldn't get my refund. Yes I didn't have my recite but who doesn't do an exchange, never again buy anything there again.

The pharmacy here always seems to rub me the wrong way! If you don't mind being cut off mid sentence with a stern voice asking for "Name and date of birth mame!" Then go ahead and sign up here. I literally just had to ask her "why are you guys always so rude?" Like come on! I know common sense isn't common but don't cut people off mid sentence. Of course I'm going to tell you their name and date of birth, after I tell you how you can help me! Which is the question you asked.

They tell me they cant verify my insurance through drive thru because I didn't input my insurance in my phone, but I had my insurance card in my hand and asked if they can help me verify like other Walgreens location previously have in my past and she said no i have to just pay? Does not make sense.

Cant speak on the pharmacy as i go to walmart cause i like to walk around as I wait. but the lines seem to move quick cause none of the cashiers are chatty. Just get your stuff, in then out. If you like speed this is the place.

This pharmacy is bad, my shopping printer catalina and the cashier he didn't give it to me. The cashier was rude, he didn't want to give me my catalinas because he printed a lot of them and he didn't like them ????
