I came into the pet department and needed a product that was locked up. I asked an associate nearby, he stated "he didn't have a key" and walked away. I pushed the "need assistance " button 3 times and waited over 20 minutes. No one came to help. I left. Somebody needs to get their crap together. You are losing a lot of business by not supporting your ccustomers needs.

Currently at 15 minutes waiting to get $1.16 of paint for my kid's homework assignment. This is absurd. I refuse to believe that people are robbing these dinky paints in numbers to warrant locking them up. This customer service is trash.

At 4:50pm on July 14, I experienced poor customer service from the manager, a large Hispanic man. I was purchasing the last bag of sand for my landscaping project, but it was ripped. Despite this, the manager did not offer any discount. As an employee at the container store, I understand the importance of good customer service, which this manager clearly lacked. I know everyone would see the bag ripped they would ask for a discount and not just me.

Store associates are rude to customers for no reason. I won't go as far as saying all of them because the guy who rang up my items was vary nice.

Greeters are bumping music, everything is locked up and only ONE Miserable happy to help, cashiers look overworked and stressed but only a couple are the sweetest checkers. Some Self checkout associates are EXTREMELY RUDE. They are always short staffed. Long lines, customer service needs to improve drastically. They need to remodel the front where it can be safe to move freely.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. On Friday around 4pm I purchased a shirt from the Walmart in Pico for my teenage son. It had a tag on sale for $11. We got it home and it was a little more snug than he wanted, plus nobody had taken off the security tag so the next morning (less than 24 hrs later) we brought it to the walmart in Palmdale, on our way to see family. I told them the situation and searched for my receipt. They found in the system that I had actually bought it for only $3, which I found the receipt and indeed I had bought it for that price. I told them he wanted a size up and so they returned it, and put the money on a gift card. We searched for the shirt and only found it in mens size large which wouldve been 2-3 sizes larger than him so we decided to go back to the customer service station and get his shirt back. They grabbed it and rung it up... for $20. I told them the situation, handed them all the receipts and was told there was nothing they could do because now I am in a new area. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out all upset looking. Couldnt care, frustrated at the world. Said the same thing. So I ended up buying it because my son shouldnt have to suffer for stupid Walmart employees being dumb

I'm pretty sure everybody is with me when I say that I have a love-hate relationship with Walmart. I love that it's everything in one place and that prices are somewhat reasonable. But, I absolutely hate the lack of customer service, the lack of staff and support which in turn makes the employees on shift have an understandably less than pleasant attitude, the fact that literally everything is locked up and there's only 1-2 people in the store with keys, and the whole self checkout thing where you're forced to scan and bag your items then god forbid you make an error and you're now being treated like you're stupid by the employee in the checkout area who is so damn agitated that they have to help you or even worse accused of theft by the receipt checker at the door. You have to mentally prepare yourself for a trip to this store. You have to dig deep in your soul and find every ounce of patience you have so you don't lose your mind. I absolutely hate this place but the convenience of everything under one roof and the somewhat reasonable prices brings me back every time.

It's gross how they put everything behind locks, it makes shopping here terrible and they are so cheap they won't hire enough staff. Walmart is the reason people steal, they're contributing to the suffering and making people's life harder. They ruin the economy of any town they're in and then make people feel bad for being poor

As a former employee at this store, I can tell you that customer service is at the bottom of importance to management in this store. Knowing that half their store is in lock ups, they refuse to hire more Happy to Help or schedule the ones that they have staffed in order to covet more hours for their bonus or for people they ask to stay overtime. Be prepared to be waiting more than half an hour for service because only a handful of people have keys for the lockups and good luck on a Sunday because only 1-2 ppl are scheduled.

This walmart is small but have friendly cashiers and recipit checkers i think I prefer the 10 st west location for more products have good prices its just small they have awesome people working at money center I love coming to Walmart overall good location

If I could give this place a 0 star I will with no doubt I have been a customer in this store for years I rarely return an item to them last week I went in to return my heater that I bout two weeks ago but didn't have a receipt I lost it the girl told me I need your id I gave her my id then she said your id doesn't work it's invalid and started to complain bla bla my California id expires in 2027 so I don't know why it didn't work probably it's their new stupid policy so people would not be able to return the item they will just say your id is invalid anyway I went in today I got my mom with me to use her id then the rude and unprofessional manager said I am not gonna return the item I want the receipt I told him I don't have here is my mom id and then he yelled at me in front of everybody and say I am not returning the item cause it's above 50 dollars today I told him I brought the item for 49 just give me the money I paid for I don't care if it's on sale today or it's not I will just get what I paid for so basically they didn't return the item which it doesn't work properly and last week girl was returning the item but her excuse was my if I wasted my money on item that is trash never going their again I would rather go to target and buy from them at least they return with no hesitation so basically Walmart is big scam they sell item that doesn't work and they don't return it scammers
