We've been using this pharmacy for years. They're like family. They genuinely care about their customers and watch closely to make sure prescriptions are compatible with what you may already take. Love them!

0 rating. Shame on this pharmacist! I took my 20 yr old son, J to receive his 2nd dose of Pfizer Covid Vaccine. The pharmacist who administered it, did not identify himself, he did not ask my son any questions prior to injecting him. He took us into a little room that I'm assuming they use as a medical office, and as we were waiting as he prepared the shot, he did not say anything to us, he just injected my sons arm put a bandaid and told us to wait outside the office. I told the pharmacist that my son almost passed out last time and I didn't want him to get up for a few minutes. The pharmacist replied "he can't wait in here, go sit out there". So we sat back in the waiting area and the pharmacist went back inside the pharmacy. A minute later, my son said he didn't feel well, his eyes rolled back in his head and his body started to j**** and my son lost consciousness. I screamed for help, the pharmacist looked at us through the window but proceeded to do whatever he was doing. He took his time then opened the door and I asked for some water. He closed the door went back inside the pharmacy. Meanwhile my son still is limp in my arms, no color in his face, and sweating all over his body. The pharmacist came out and handed me a s***** and went back inside to work. A few mins went by a pharmacy tech got me some cold water (she was nice) but went back inside as well. I continued to work on getting my sons consciousness back on my own without any assistance. The whole incident went on for over a half hour to 45 mins. Not once did the pharmacist offer help. I needed up calling a Nurse I knew to bring me a blood pressure monitor. This nurse drove over on their own, my sons blood pressure was 86/57, heart rate 56. We stayed with my son until he was stable enough to leave but not once did the pharmacist come out to offer help or check on my son. They even closed up the pharmacy and left while we were still there. I believe this is very unsafe and unprofessional, and people who are not qualified to assess for emergency situation or adverse reactions should not be administering vaccines let alone Covid vaccines. Please review this case and stop this from happening to other people. This situation should have been handled by medical professionals. Thank you This happened at the Rite Aide on 3105 Rancho Vista Blvd in Palmdale Ca on 10/29/21 at 8pm

Ruben and Gabriella are so awesome! Every time my family and I come here these two outstanding employees are always working hard and keeping all the customers happy! Rite Aid is very lucky to have Ruben and Gabriella working for this store. I hope they both get promoted!!! 10+ stars!!!

I have been getting prescriptions and ice cream at the Rancho Vista rite aid for years... unfortunately I am disabled and right now not capable of walking in the store, so I called and asked about curbside pickup (which wAs only for 4 tubs of ice cream ) I had explained that I cannot walk at this time, the employee went to the management and was told they could not help me. Most stores are actually doing curbside so I was surprised when my local store wouldn't help me... I guess I will just start buying regular ice cream from grocery store(they have handicap scooters)

I love coming to this store especially since it's so close to my house And what makes it even better is that the staff is so friendly their and they already know me by name which makes it even more welcoming. The store is always clean and is never very crowded which is a plus for me.

I've been to this Rite Aid many times and the staff's always friendly. Recently, I was given a 30% discount on top of the typical savings because it was a special week for the store. I love this place.
