Well-organized store with plenty of seating room and the entire Allbirds lineup displayed. There’s a lot of staff waiting to help out; for us, Maria was very professional and answered a ton of questions! It really helped our selection process.

Have been a fan of Allbirds since a few years and we recently visited Allbirds in Palo Alto to try a shoe we saw online. Our visit to the store was awesome, and Aamir, the guy helping us out, was super knowledgeable and at a different level than all the sales associate we saw ever. He really knew his stuff about all the different shoes and the materials they use and what they are best for. We said we would be visiting europe. He has an extensive knowledge of Europe and different countries in europe and how the terrain might be like sidewalks, cobblestones etc,. Asked us what activities like hiking or running or walking we might be planning for and suggested different kind of shoes for different countries based on the activity and terrain. We ended up selecting dasher 2 which covers most of the stuff we were planning to do.Aamir made the whole shoe-picking process easy and fun, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. His excitement about the shoes and his top-notch customer service made our shopping trip great.This Allbirds store in Palo Alto, along with Aamir's help, made it a fantastic experience, showing how much they care about quality and making customers happy.Thank you, Aamir! ?

Came in at 6:55pm (posted close is at 7pm) to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter. Literally had a size in mind and was totally flexible on color, just wanted to avoid paying for shipping for ordering online. Honestly could've been a pretty easy sale, but without asking me what I needed, the guy just told me they were closed. It looked like there were still customers trying on shoes that could've easily been there past 7.I was already on the fence on whether or not I wanted to try Allbirds for myself and my family but definite skipping after this. Turns out they don't need the business, which is contrary to what I have heard :)

I was that annoying customer with a complex situation. I was embarrassed and wasn't sure what to do. I have to say that Emily and Will handled the quandary with style and grace. Allbirds and the community are lucky to have them on their team.

After having several strangers stop and ask me about my allbirds, I thought a review might be helpful. My husband loves them, me not so much.My husband has cold, dry, but smelly feet and wears new balance, adidas, Skechers. He loved his first pair, got a second one and will continue to purchase allbirds. He thinks they are comfortable, keep his feet warm, and likes the way they look.The dark grey wool mizzles in the pic are 1 yr and 2 yrs old. The white ones are 1 yr old. The soles are pretty durable. The color does fade noticeably from the dark grey, they become pale in areas as they get worn.I have very sweaty but non smelly feet (odd combination I know), and favor Asics Cumulus/Nimbus, Nike, salomon. I find allbirds not anywhere near as comfortable as my Asics, but more comfortable than dress shoes. So if you are tired of wearing sneakers everywhere and don't want to wear dress shoes, these are somewhat aesthetically pleasing if you like the sweater academic look. I think they lack arch support, much like converse.The biggest issue I have that no one seems to mention is the smell and lack of absorbency. When I have been wearing these for more than half an hour, they become very wet inside, and I start smelling eau de sheep. Our smartwool socks never smell, but we have some wool products that still smell like the animal it came from, including these allbirds.We see reviews for how great these are for sockless wear, but we both wear ours with socks, so we couldn't say how they would be barefoot.Recommend going to the Palo Alto store to see them, try them on, then order online. If you do, go early! We went on a Sunday around 11 am, and it took over an hour for us to get a couple of pairs due to wait time, and having to flag down/grab staff to get our sizes.Online order delivery process is seamless and packaging is sturdy.

As of today, Allbirds stock is down 44% in the past six months. I hope customer service isn't related to that. I really don't like giving one star reviews, so I'll give it two stars solely on the product. I love the shoes. I have three pairs at home. But if there are three of you behind the counter and you see customers needing help, it's only logical that you stop talking about life and help customers. And I don't mean dumping shoes in front of them and going back to your conversation with the other two. I'll buy online instead and stop wasting my time with people who would rather catch up with their coworkers.

My fiancé and I have never tried all birds shoes but have heard of them and seen advertising frequently. We were in Stanford Shopping center and decided to pop in. We were greeted immediately with friendly hellos by two different store associates. The store is well lit, organized, and clean.We tried on three pairs of shoes while we were there and were helped by an awesome guy named Luis. He was seriously so nice - he took out the shoes from the box for us and helped us with the laces and when we tried to put the shoes back he insisted that we didn't have to. He answered all our questions and gave us good product suggestions.My fiancé landed on a pair he liked but we didn't purchase since his mom said it'd be a bday gift for him. Luis was nonplussed that after twenty minutes of helping us that we didn't buy immediately in store. He wished us a nice day and we were on our way. Great store experience :)

Can’t believe how many stores there are now. I remember when it was just Jackson Square in San Francisco.As always, it’s awesome shopping in Allbirds stores and this one is no different!

Most horrible employee attitude. The brand is good but the employee and manager here are pathetic. They don’t know how to treat the customer.I have been to this store several times. In my last visit, when I just held a shoe from the rack one of their employee came and spoke rudely. And after I responded to her, their manager came and speaking as if he is some don.They literally have no respect for the customer. Spoiling the brand name.

My very first visit here was great. Two staffs who helped me out was friendly and knowledgable. I wish I knew the name of them, so I can give a shout out. It's a shame though that I had 180 different experience when I visited a week later. The shoe i purchased was a bit small, so I had to go in for an exchange. As I entered the store, I saw a sign that there is a promotion going on for buy one, get one 30% off. A week ago when I purchased two shoes, it was 15% off. I've had big retail stores apply new promotion to the purchase I made if it was within the acceptable window, so thinking a week difference is worth the try, I asked if 30% off can be applied as I exchange one of the shoes for a bigger size.Well - my mistake in even asking because the staff who took care of me immediately gave me a frown, asking another person "we cant, right?" Then the response i received was no we cant do that unless you return this and purchase another one. ummmm okay, so that's basically yes? So I said oh okay go ahead then. Then they ask me, so you are going to purchase another shoe? I was like huh? no I'm not purchasing another shoe. Look at the receipt, we already purchased two shoes, so all you have to do then is to return the shoe i brought, and process it again as you give me the bigger size.. Long story short, It was a very confusing situation where it could've been simple yes or no convo, and I would've been totally fine to just leave the store with a bigger size shoe and stick with the price i initially paid. But what upset me was the attitude given throughout the process where the staff giving me a frown, exchanging eye contact with another staff and rolling her eyes on the side (yes - i saw you girl, my eye has a great range of peripheral vision LOL). Come on - AllBirds has such great mission of sustainable biz. Please have staffs match up to that standard to provide not so condescending attitude.

Really like the employees at this store. Everytime I've been here they are really helpful and friendly. And it amazes me that their products are made from organic materials. If that's the correct term. Plants based? Anyway it's a great idea and everything is well made.

Great customer service. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and offered assistance. Awesome sports shoes for kids and adults. Excellent quality and prices seemed reasonable. ?
