About a year ago, I had a pretty disappointing time at this store. I waited outside the dressing room for a long time because the staff told others they were in use. When the staff left, I held the clothes I wanted to try on and took a seat on a nearby couch. Upon the staff's return, they helped a white gentleman get into a dressing room quickly and greeted him warmly. Meanwhile, I was still sitting there, unnoticed. Eventually, I stood up, but the staff didn't acknowledge me. It felt really unwelcoming, so I decided to leave and haven't been back to any All Saints store since. After reading similar reviews, I resonate with their experiences, so I decided to share my own here as well.

I wanted to share an unpleasant and disappointing experience I had while shopping at one of my favorite stores (All Saints) at the weekend. While looking through the store an assistant (Dark Hair) approached me and started speaking in Russian to me. I responded in Ukrainian letting her know that I am from the Ukraine. I got a very impolite "So you don't speak Russian?" to which I responded "no" and she just abruptly turned and walked away. I was surprised that she presumed that all Ukrainians can (or should) speak Russian - and especially surprised by the lack of sensitivity around the situation given Russia's invasion and continued attacks and war crimes.I wondered to myself, what if I was from another country, would she just walk away so rudely or maybe speak to me in English instead given we are in the USA?To make matters worse, a few minutes later my boyfriend asked her about the price of a product he wanted to buy as he couldn't find the price and received a very blunt response 'The Price is on the tag'.I'm sorry but this was not the type of service or interaction I expect in All Saints, a place that both my boyfriend and I have spent thousands of dollars at.

I like the product and am glad to have a store near me to look at things in person. But.. this location is just so uninviting.I popped in yesterday to try on a few items I had been curious about. There were 3 associates and none greeted me nor lifted their heads up to acknowledge me. They were chatting with each other, looking at their phones, and frequently leaving the floor for minutes at a time. That's all fine- I don't expect buttery customer service, but I also found it very hard to get their attention to ask for additional sizes. One lady finally came out from the back room and saw me so I asked her for my size in the few styles I wanted to try. She was reluctant to get them for me and told me the floor samples would be fine (the floor samples were 0's... I am most definitely not a size 0. I couldn't even pass for a 2.) I insisted on trying my true size and she stared at me for a few seconds and walked to the back. I didn't know if that meant she was going to look for me or what... When I was ready to try the pieces, she pointed me to a room and said she couldn't find my size in the clothing. I walked into the room she pointed at and there was nothing inside. I walked out to look for her but she was nowhere on the floor so I looked into the other fitting stalls and found my garments in a different dressing room. Needless to say, the size 0 garments were way too small. I did try them though, since the associate said they'd be fine and I wanted to trust her. On the way out too, no interaction. I'll just buy them online when they go on sale.

Walked into this store with the intention to buy. Looked closely at several jackets, looked around to see if anyone could help me, and could not find a soul. There was one woman who might have been a worker---I couldn't tell, but she seemed to be in my way every time I turned around, although she wouldn't speak to me, nor catch my eye---but literally, nobody said a word. The store was fairly empty, and the tinted glass on the door makes it incredibly hard to tell if the store is open at all. I live locally, and was specifically looking for a black Moto jacket to bring with me traveling next week. I'll find it elsewhere.

I like that there is a store in the Menlo Park area that is dedicated just for All Saints, but the employees in this place were pretty snotty. They ignored me for the majority of my time in the store, and when I asked to try on a large leather jacket, the man brought out a few sizes, and again ignored me. After I said that the large was still a little tight, he said to me. "well I guess you can't wear a leather jacket then".

I love All Saints so much, but the Stanford shopping center store is TERRIBLE. I went there 5 times in 4 months, and it's always the same, terrible and non-existant welcome.- No sellers say hello to you- No salesperson comes to see you, even if you have a pile of clothes in your arms- When I asked a saleswoman (Asian with very short hair) for a size, she was not very friendly, I even hesitated whether she worked here or if she was a customer- No follow-ups in the fitting room (every time I come)This behavior is truly shameful for a brand of this stature. The sales team is not up to par. I worked in sales, and we ALWAYS focus on customer service, that's the basis. You welcome the customer, you put him/her at ease, you give him/her your advice, but you don't ignore him/her! So All Saints, I say it for you, something has to be done here!

The racial profiling review is quite accurate. Visited the Stanford store to return a few things we had ordered online. The staff was super rude. They first refused to take the stuff bc it was "outside the return window" before even looking up the order number, well it wasnt! Then went on to "suggest" to return our order at a UPS bc it's more convenient, I mean I'll decide for myself if its convenient to return at store or UPS. Had a really bad attitude the entire time. Smh!

Love this All Saints location! Went in a few weeks ago and a store manager went above and beyond in helping me process a return for a leather jacket/internet purchase and exchange it for something else though I was past the return window. She was so helpful, friendly, and I’ll definitely go back to this location because of her great customer support!

Sales associates seem miserable and aren't super helpful beyond basic requirements. The selection is minimal as well.

I think this brand is expensive but my son loves their clothes and they are made from quality fabrics. I love shopping at this location. It's located in the Stanford Shopping Center and in summer its a great place to shop at. My experience with the customer service at this location changes every time I come in. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's ok. I like that it's not crowded in the morning and that if you know what you are looking for, you can get in and out in no time.

The two whites who were working this afternoon, Saturday 5/14/2022, thought they were too good to greet my friend and I when we walked in this afternoon. Mind you, we are both people of color. They never once said hello or asked if we needed help with anything the entire time we were in the store. Yet, when a white man walked in with the dog, the white male employee started talking his ear off. I know when I am not welcome. Sad to see an establishment like AllSaints hire racist employees. This location also has no sale items. I won't be back at this location. P.S. I was recently at the Beverly Hills location, and while you would associate BH with pretentiousness, I have to say I had a much more positive experience there. That store is awesome - large, trendy selections, approachable employees and roomy fitting rooms.

If you want to be racial profiled, come and meet Michael + Asian female associate (ironic). We stayed at a hotel nearby and decided to kill some time and check out the shopping centre, decided to see some outerwear. As I was trying on the jackets in the middle of the store (dressing rooms were busy/occupied) Michael was hovering over us as if we were about to walk out with the jackets (jackets had wired sensors), he walked over to the Asian associate and were staring at us, walked back to where we were trying on the jackets and stayed there. I confronted him about it and he dismissed it and said with some attitude he is just working and walked to their back room. Its 2021, let's stop racial profiling people when you're making minimum wage. :'(
