This is the best vet clinic, the doctor sees the dog and already knows. Such attentive staff, comprehensive service, and just so knowledgeable to help your pet. And our pet has been delicate all her 11 years and seen several doctors and they always have answers. Really just quality care.

Whenever I have a question, I know I can call the office anytime during the day. I’ve been leaving message and email. They normally respond within two days. Dr. Linda is just so gentle with my feline Amber. I can’t say enough about this office and staff.

Twice we've been, it was just eh experience. Dr. Lawrence went in and out and made us randomly wait both times in the middle of our appointments..Wasted so much time and made us feel like we weren't important enough. And last time we went, she said our dog had a heart murmur so we got a second opinion somewhere else and our dog is perfectly healthy...

We really appreciate the high quality of care , kindness ,positive attitude, exceptional communication skills and professionalism all the Doctors , Vet. Techs , Office employees , especially Dr. Lawrence and the office manager Raikhan ! Appointments always start on time , all the recommendations given by Dr. Lawrence are based on deep knowledge and love for the animals. The hospital is very clean !
All the office employees are effective communicators , they always returning phone calls very fast and always happy to help .
In addition , the pricing in this hospital is reasonable .
Duke and Cheetah are loyal patients of this wonderful clinic for the last 3 years and they are healthy and happy cats !
My husband , me , Cheetah , and Duke love this amazing hospital !

The care I received from La Dr and especially Raikhan was exceptional. They listened carefully to my concerns and provided me with personalized treatment that yielded positive results for my kitten Kevin. The entire team at the clinic demonstrated a high level of professionalism and made my kitten feel comfortable.

Today was my second appt for my kitty Milo for Vaccines and nail trim, Got seen for my appointment right away. The front office staff were friendly and professional. They are always careful to give an estimate before charging or doing anything. Dr Lawrence and Raikhan are very knowledgeable, Kind and always give the best care /Advice to our Kitty Milo. Overall a great experience highly recommend.

Don't answer the phone half the time. They had my pet for most of the day and never called with an update. Was told when we called they "forgot to call" claim their phones are not working at times. If I ran a business and my phone was acting up, I'd get a different phone company or a cell phone to have calls forwarded to. Voice mail and emails were never responded to. Used to be a good place 5 years ago. Has really went down. I have had to take my cat to other vets for emergency calls because this place doesn't answer or return calls/emails.

Dr Lawrence at Animal Hospital of Palo Alto is the best vet I’ve had since moving to Menlo Park 32 years ago. I have brought three (2 cats and a dog) of my five pets to her over the past few months. In every case Dr Lawrence figured out exactly what the problems were and treated all three to where they are now healthy and happy again. She is very good at explaining diagnosis and fixing problems. I recommend her to all my friends now.

Don't expect any communication about appointments, medications, etc. You will need to manage that all yourself and let them know when your dog needs appointments etc. I have been a client for two and a half years and have never once received any form of email, call, etc to schedule appointments, refill meds, etc. They provide you with an app but I have never received a notification there either and none of my dogs medical information is uploaded to it.

It's now 9:23am. They open at 8am and I've yet to get anyone to shut off the automated answering machine that says we're closed and I called after business hours. The incorrectly scheduled for an appointment and I've been trying since Saturday to have anyone email be back. Horrible customer service.
