Annie did a perfect manicure for me. She is super careful, precise, and caring. The salon is clean, well kept and the atmosphere is relaxing. I will definitely be back soon.

Vanna did a beautiful job rescuing my nails from the work of another Palo Alto salon. I will be going here from on. The salon is beautiful with soothing lighting vs the harsh lighting of many others. Wonderful attention to detail!

Outstanding and very professional staff. Exceptional in terms of quality of service and cleanliness of the salon. I have been doing my nails and eye brows with Annie, the manicure and pedicure are excellent. She is always suggesting new colors, new treatments and so thorough with every service. She does an amazing job with the eye bro waxing and other waxing services. The salon is quiet and relaxing. I can easily say it is the best salon in Palo Alto or mid peninsula. Kudos to the staff and the management!

I’m giving them at least 2 stars because their customer service was above and beyond. Super sweet and the place is beautiful. Unfortunately I was unhappy with the quality of work and the fees. I got charged extra because my nails were “long” when I had asked for short….there’s lint stuck on my nails and she kept wiping it and re painting them. I didn’t say anything because it took almost 3 hrs for a simple set and I was not going to stay longer. Way over priced also, for a gel pedicure and this set I got shown in the picture.

Clean environment and sterile tools Staff is friendly You even get a nice hot stone massage and hot towel wrap around your legs for a basic pedicure Highly recommended!!

I wanted to get a few consecutive services here before writing a review, and I can say without hesitation that this salon is consistently AMAZING. Ponica (hope I spelled that right) always does such a great job with my pedicures. I come in once a month, and she is always so patient and thorough. I've been to a lot of other salons where I feel like they over-book and the service feels super rushed, but that is not the case here. The talented women that work here always take their time and make sure everything is perfect. I'll continue coming by for my monthly pedicures, because I have yet to find a better nail salon in the area. Love it here!!

My friend and I love getting our pedicures here. They have relaxing massage chairs and the pedicures are always great. They take reservations and are good about keeping to time and not taking a walk in 5 minutes before your appointment.

I walk into the place, am greeted and judged in 10 seconds. Then another lady walks in and the world stops for her as she was only here one time before I learned. Anyway, I check in at the counter a few minutes later and receive a call a few minutes after that from the same lady I checked in with (DID SHE REALLY THINK I THOUGHT ALL ASAIN WOMEN SOUND THE SAME?) confirming my time of appointment after I let her know twice that I have already checked in with her at the front desk, she proceeds to walk from the back room to the skinny white lady, making sure she is taken care of the upmost. You come back to my chair to provide me with cold water to soak my feet in. More as the pedicure goes on. Update after pedicure had to correct some of the mistakes she did and she was pretty combative until the very end when she wants a tip that I did not end up leaving because honestly just do not like supporting judgmental people who have no idea that some of us are gifted, and some of us really take offense to being judged through someone’s mind when they are a genuinely kind person coming into a new place for her with the hopes to have a genuine experience, even though the divine said, do not go there, but I needed a pedicure badly!Got back to my office 4 minutes later and look at my heels which were blackened because I am in my Nike slip on barefoot always these days. $85 for what? My toes painted?
