BUYERS BEWARE: UNETHICAL SALESPERSON running the store will upsell you and tie you into expensive cellular contracts with unnecessary insurance and services to overinflate monthly charges. Multiple lies were told to close the deal, which I documented and reported afterwards. This store is run by Prime Communications and is an independent reseller, *not* part of ATT corporate. Visit the AT&T store on El Camino Real instead for an honest and trustworthy experience.
I was set up on a premium plan with insurance and upgrade fees that ran $186 a month (crazy!) when I specifically went in to be added to an existing family plan. It took a lot of extra time and effort through ATT corporate to rebalance my plan and I was unable to transfer ownership for two months. AVOID this pain and hassle by avoiding this store!

This is one of the better ATT locations. Sebastian was very friendly and efficient. There was a relatively long line but he stayed on top of it. I recommend coming here if you ever need to visit an ATT branch.

Hassen is the best! His service was second to none! I had to file a claim for my daughter's damaged phone. He walked me through the entire process and helped me file the claim. I had a few things I needed to do to finish the process. Hassen kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had. In the end, he was even able to get a credit on my account for claim I made! I can't say enough good things about my experience! Hassen made the experience better than it could have ever been. Thank you Hassen!

(Helped me replace my sim real quick! ) is what i wrote 2 years ago when I was in the store. The store rep would not help me unless he saw me write a positive review. He was very pushy and unyielding so therefore I'm giving this store one star. Edited on 06/06/2024
The "Response from the owner" seems automated and impersonal. My visit 2 years ago is not a "recent visit". I guess I should clarify my feedback incase someone from ATT actually reads it. Customers should NOT be pressured into writing reviews to get service. I've only written one review on this account and it was because I was forced to! Yeah, its on me for forgetting about it for 2 years but the experience is still a memorable one, and not in a good way. If a company or store location is preasuring customers to review before service, they shouldn't be surprised if the review is negative. Added on 06/07/2024

Worst customer service, I don’t understand hiring and customer service processes in this company! The guy with Russian tattoos was like straight out of prison gangsters. Looks like ATT tries to scare customers!

Hassan helped 4 people before me all simultaneously, each person had unique communication challenges, such as English as a second language or not at, navigation of insurance claims and new phones and international calling, and who knows what else, Sebastian was tied up with a super annoying couple who literally asked hundreds of inane questions for an hour while their bifocals shifted up and down their nose, hemming and hawing about screen size and color, with a dumb little fluffy dog in a stroller, who had no sense of urgency for anyone else who might need help, but Sebastian answered every single one, Hassan got me a new phone with 5 questions and I gave 5- 1 word answers and I walked out with a new phone and a screen protector and case 5 minutes later. Boss

Amateur hour ... Vadim can't keep track of who walked in first, doesn't checkin people like other stores, no idea of wait time ... other employees are busy losing their passwords and getting blocked ... overall, 30+ minutes wasted without even getting to talk to a rep. AT&T needs to figure out customer service if they want to remain competitive.

me and my husband came to the store curious about AT&T. Once we walked in the manager here was helping us his name is vadim Super friendly person. He helped us a lot more than we had a planet. He explained us the system here we were T-Mobile customers, but definitely we change ourselves to AT&T due to all the health we gave us with total recommend him and give him five stars if you’re thinking about at&t or highly recommended So feel free to swing by and ask for him
