Manager Rodolfo is stunningly unresponsive and blasé about his business. Asked for an update about a time-sensitive matter, he finally wrote back after 3 unanswered emails that he'll let me know when he does have an update. Really? Should I check back in a year or two?

This is a specific commentary on the branch manager who is named Rodolfo Garcia. He is both unprofessional and remarkably incompetent. Steer very clear of this branch. Not only is he rude and thoughtless, he will screw up a million dollar wire and lie to your face about it. Galling.

Most Cynical Use of TechnologyIt's so obvious bank phone trees. including this one and this particular branch (sorry, financial center, if by financial center you mean things that look like branches that are only designed to stuff product down your throat with NO after service), are designed to frustrate and dissuade their own clients from calling. And they have the gall to label this "customer service."Call the "relationship manager" (like I desire a relationship with an algorithm) listed phone number and you are asked to use an alphanumeric keyboard to spell out the name, which invariably does not appear in the directory. You do this 4, 5 times and you start wondering whether this bank is saving any money from the days when you ask a switchboard operator to transfer you to so-and-so. Which took 5 seconds.Call the general # and you're told everyone else is helping customers. Right. Easier to believe they're polishing nails. Try to get to a live person and they'll generously give you three or four attempts (and you're dodging the phone tree all the time) and then it'll unceremoniously cut off the call.Let's call it: There is NO "customer service" anymore from Bank of America, just some consultant-designed phone tree that's set up to record "customer sercice," as long as no customers try to use it. The. Most. Cynical. Use. Of. Technology. Ever.

If I could give 0 rating I would. The banker who we were scheduled with was running late with his previous client so they passed us off to another banker who kept saying the whole time he wasnt sure he could help us as he will be late for his own appointment with his client and he rushed the whole thing. He send my family member to go and search for a chair for himself and when his clients arrived he became frustrated and kept saying his clients are outside waiting for him. As soon as we signed the documents with him, he said goodbye in a rush and immediately went back to looking at his computer. Customer service was a zero and he was so rude. Never coming back to this branch again.

It is good that Chase is opening a branch right across them. I am moving my assets across fairly soon. You guys close at 5pm sharp, that's why people have to scramble to go to the branch after getting out of work early. Late to your appointment? The manager is like screw you, come back later. Chase all closes at 6pm. You have a question with credit card? Call the damn phone yourself our branch doesn't do anything w/ credit cards. Needs some assistance of setting up autopay as your UI is so confusing? Screw you. There are no online chatting help and that is why I come to your branch in the 1st place! The only guy at this branch who is good is Logan. At least Logan called me earlier and said he would gladly help after I came even though the branch doesn't do much with credit cards (other than applying for them). I went to Chase in San Carlos earlier to open accounts and ask questions, the lady is always helpful, courteous, and even follow up with phone calls and emails. Logan, please get out of BofA, you deserve better. If Logan is not at the branch anymore, this branch does not even deserve any stars.

This is not about this branch but about Bank of America home mortgage on the phone. The loan officer spoke with me for a few days but despite my husband and I having excellent credit scores, on the actual day of my bid, did not give me a prequalification letter at the last minute and told me on that very day, that it would take them 7 to 10 days to process a preapproval! Bank of America has no business doing home loans when other banks can give a pre-approval on the same day of one's application. They lead their clients down a garden path only to abandon them at the last minute. Wish I had read others' similar reviews before wasting time on the phone with them.

- I expected more. I been to this branch many times before the new layout. Before the tellers were a little more efficient with each client. Today I was the only person in line and it took longer than expected. 2 tellers each with a client. It was like they were bored all day and I just walked in at the wrong time. Lucky it was my turn and Bo helped me. I believed he knew I was in a hurry or thought I was just another weirdo taking photos of the place. I am sure they are looking at video footage of THAT GUY taking photos of the place. He helped me with what I needed, and I was out in 2 minutes. I might have scared the teller, and he wanted me out asap. I will only go there if it is my last option. - Inaasahan ko pa. Nakarating ako sa branch na ito maraming beses bago ang bagong layout. Bago ang mga teller ay medyo mas mahusay sa bawat kliyente. Ngayon ako ay ang tanging tao sa linya at ito ay kinuha mas mahaba kaysa sa inaasahan. 2 teller bawat isa ay may isang client. Ito ay tulad ng mga ito ay nababato sa lahat ng araw at ako lang lumakad sa sa maling oras. Lucky ito ang aking turn at tinulungan ako ni Bo. Naniniwala ako na alam kong nagmadali o nag-iisip ako ay isa pang weirdo na kumukuha ng mga larawan ng lugar. Ako sigurado sila ay naghahanap sa video footage ng NA GUY pagkuha ng mga larawan ng lugar. Tinulungan niya ako sa kung ano ang kailangan ko, at ako ay nasa loob ng 2 minuto. Maaaring natakot ako sa teller, at gusto niya ako sa lalong madaling panahon. Pupunta ako roon kung ito ang aking huling pagpipilian. - Esperaba más. He estado en esta rama muchas veces antes del nuevo diseí±o. Antes los cajeros eran un poco más eficientes con cada cliente. Hoy fui la íºnica persona en línea y me tomí³ más tiempo de lo esperado. 2 cajeros cada uno con un cliente. Era como si estuvieran aburridos todo el día y simplemente entré a la hora equivocada. Por suerte fue mi turno y Bo me ayudí³. Creía que él sabía que yo tenía prisa o pensaba que solo era otro bicho raro que tomaba fotos del lugar. Estoy seguro de que están viendo imágenes de ese tipo de personas tomando fotos del lugar. Me ayudí³ con lo que necesitaba y salí en 2 minutos. Podría haber asustado al cajero, y él quería que saliera lo antes posible. Solo iré allí si es mi íºltima opcií³n.

I was there today to take some cash out,and I spend over 20 minutes waiting on the line since only two tellers were working and they were so slow,horrible service,I don't Recommend this branch.

Will not come to this location again because of Rumy. She was very slow and did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Or she felt she didn't need to listen to me try to tell her what I needed. Maggie & Nancy are great, nice & always helpful. I will not be returning unfortunately due to the complete lack of service by Rumy.
