Swooped and guided by Ms. Anju Nigam, the branch manager, I was welcomed to the office to help me understand the latest rates for longterm deposits. Though most transactions can be managed at the ATM or online, there is a continued need for human judgment and personal clarification of the "small font" details that impact, deposits, withdrawals and penalties. Most importantly, especially in these uncertain financial times, one needs guidance to plan emergency access with least hassle and cost. Ms. Nigam was patient, cool, collected, low-key and carried a conversation discreetly and preserving the "sanctity" of our conversations. Best of all, in offering personalized service, she helped us bon as we chatted about our grandchildren. Thank you!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Worst bank I've ever experienced... customer service is lacking skills. I always wait 15 plus minutes for help. They only really have 1 teller available and the other "available people" walking around don't make themselves useful. When I waited today someone was verbally arguing with the staff... honestly I don't blame the customer because I've experienced the unfriendliness and non helpful customer service here. I think they need more training on how to better support customers or they should all be replaced by more helpful/nice representatives. It didn't look great they argued back with customers as a third party observer. Glad I don't have to visit this bank ever again... will be looking elsewhere where I will be treated better and don't have to listen to verbal arguments

It's ridiculous to take one & half hours to finally cash out my mother's US saving bonds & deposit directly to her bank account. The frustration part is we kept being pushed off & no one told us up front why. Later they gave me all the shady excuses. After waiting for about an hour, one of the employees told me the current teller had to take her lunch break & I had to wait for another 20 minutes for another teller to come back from the lunch. It turned out the 2nd teller didn't know how to do it, & needed the assistance from the first teller. All this time while my mom & I were waiting, the first teller wasn't busy at all because most of the time there weren't any other customers. The entire process of cashing out the bonds only took 5 minutes as they were read through the machine like making the check deposit. Don't understand why this particular branch make it such a big deal. Such a horrible management!

Worst BOA BRANCH in the area. Staff not only waste customer time but also their own time. I have been there twice both left annoyed! If you want to go to BoA, go to the University Avenue Paulo Alto one!

Honestly the shittiest bank of all the banks. Terrible customer service, holds onto your money without warning, and terrible at communication. IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, DO NOT BANK HERE! At least two of my high net worth friends have had all of their funds frozen for extended periods of time. I have one company who applied for PPP forgiveness and continues to be harassed for the full amount. I will note that I have never once had these issues with other banks, unless there was clear and obvious fraud involved, and I have always been grateful for the intervention in such case. While other banks forgiveness applications were easy, seamless, and straightforward, BOA's was confusing, and hellacious, and never resolving. I have spent hours on hold with the SBA dealing with this, and they say the same thing about BOA. They have not been cooperative with this process and trying to squeeze money out of everyone. They will likely be sued very soon. Watch and see

Worse bank to go to, can't pull out money from this atm. The clerk did something to my card that put a lock on it so I had to call fraud since they couldn't do anything for me. This place is trash!

Very rude and impatient teller and bank manager. Maybe because it is Saturday and they are not happy working. Had question about how to process a returned check and they are literally yelling. They took my ID and bank card didn't give back. Good I remember it and get it back before I left.

Suman Singh was tremendous in helping me get a good loan for my first time house purchase. She walked me through all the steps necessary with patience, but she was persistent in doing her job and following up, even after hours. She provided a good rate that was competitive with smaller and other bigger banks. Everything about the process felt transparent, so I cannot relate to other reviewers with negative experiences. Even if you don't go with BofA or Suman for your loan, you should add them to your list of potential options. Before meeting her, I may have been a little skeptical, but Suman came through in the end and delivered the best service.

Just had the best experience at this location. Went in for a loan. Elif Bower helped me not only get a competitive rate, she also updated my records to find areas to improve my benefits with BoA. This included cash back opportunities and rewards. I left with the best auto loan rate I could find and a feeling that a bank actual cares. BoA understands the importance of customer experience. I am a satisfied Bank of America customer.

NEVER DO REFINANCING/LOAN looking at the low RATES with BANK OF AMERICA, PALOALTO. Watch out for these people 1. Suman Singh NMLS ID : 633696 2. Manager : Antero Sarin Applied for refinancing, with no approvals or proper documentation she did my appraisal and I had to pay from my pocket, my loan was not approved!!! The TEAM MISLEADS people by hitting credit scores and in the end you don't get any benefit. PLEASE DO NOT GET LURED BY THEIR LOW RATES, THEY ARE MISLEADING CUSTOMERS. I have done many times refinancing, but BOA is WORST in handling customer issues. Shekhar

This is a newer location and replaced our regular branch. It has a modern feel to it but it does have limited services with no safe deposit boxes etc. It does have two interior ATM's which the tellers seem to push for even more complex transactions. There is usually decent parking and the like. We find it advantageous to have an account at a national bank for traveling reasons but prefer to keep the bulk of our savings in credit unions which typically have lower fees and pay better interest.
