Excellent Bluemercury, very well stocked, friendly and professional staff, quietly set back from the beauty section in Macy's.

Excellent customer service! Bluemercury employees at this store made me feel special! They are the pros! I did not realized for a while that Macy's Stanford hides this treasure inside. Obviously, they location is hard to find inside of Macy's. But if you do find the store, you will get a great service, amazing skin care and make up advises, and a huge variety of high end brands. The stuff made me feel like a princess! I am definitely their customer forever!

This is my favorite place to shop! They have my favorite skin care brands such as Darphin and Dermologica.

I love Macys but the women here ruined my experience for me. They were speaking in another language and laughing to each other, which made me extremely uncomfortable, and completely ignored me as I approached the shop. Then, when I asked one of the ladies a question about the product, the woman seemed to be bothered, and proceeded to read the label on the back of the product.... And when I opened the product to smell it, noticed it had been expired for months. I don't know what is going on with this staffing but I do know that I will never come back to this location due to their terrible service and disgusting upkeep. There is another store just 5min away on University Avenue that has tremendously better service and is very hygienic, not to mention it is much bigger!

Here is how the past hour has been: I'm trying to buy organic face stuff because I'm allergic to a lot of brands with perfume. 1. No one was at the counter, so couldn't access the cupboards. 2. Macy's has no control over here. 3. The prices were all ringing up incorrectly. 4. Zero points and discounts because no one was there to help. 5. Half of the products are expired or expiring--even the new packaged stuff. Seriously? What in the hell is going on? I'd totally drive up to San Francisco for actual service.
