She never stopped asking me questions and showing me products to suite my needs. Tally was never pushy and on point for a successful sale and experience. It's been a few years since I shopped Brighton at Stanford. In the past, the sales people have always been friendly and helpful. Different story today. I was returning a small wallet which I purchased from a Las Vegas store 10 days ago. I had all original packaging, sales receipt, and even brought the gift with purchase item that I received that day. "Tally", store manager, was going to have no part of this return as the original tag from the wallet was not attached to the wallet. I tried to tell her the wallet never had a tag, but she would have no part of this as, according to her, the wallet was "not in it's original condition". I left the store and will not return. Tally has no idea what customer services means.

Went here to purchase a gift for a friend getting baptized. They have beautiful gifts, and I found the perfect key chain as well as necklace. Tally helped us, and she gift wrapped them beautifully. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also scored a bonus gift which I kept for myself!!! They offer a rewards program (and an amazing sale section), which was explained to me clearly, so I was able to take advantage of getting a bonus gift immediately.

I am somewhat dismayed by all the negative posts. I have to say my shopping experience was delightful. I found the clerks to be knowledgeable and friendly. The git wrap was elegant and I feel fortunate to have shopped there.

I have purchased 6 pairs of earings for myself here and have given 4 jewelry pieces to my family members for their birthdays and I am planning the next gift to myself. Love, love their jewelry.

I was told to put a mask on 1 year old upon entry, while I had one on. And they didn't say it nicely which was very surprising. Never happened to us.

This store is off my shopping list. Last weekend , I went in to see if they have a bracelet that Brighton has online. The first time, one of the salesperson told me to just look around and see if I could find it myself. Then she went behind the counter to do other things. The second time I went in, I talked to a different salesperson, who was free at that time. This other lady told me that she couldn't help me because she wants to help a customer. I told her that I'm a customer as well, but I lost interest at that point and walked out. It seems that they are nice to some people and very rude to others. I'm done with this store though. I'll take my $$$ elsewhere.

I will NO longer shop here. I went in requesting a simple repair which they've done for me before and was told this is costume jewelry and will only repair if less than a year old...

Worst service ever on July 25th. A lady with an accent, and short brown hair was so rude. I won't go back again. She completely ignored me while I waited at the counter and had to drag herself over to ring up my sale. Completely unacceptable.

I'm crossing this store off my list and will shop online from now on. I stopped in to the store today to ask a simple question about a necklace I was given as a gift. I had just used my hand sanitizer as I was walking in the front door when one of the sales clerks abruptly greeted me, if you can call it that, by jamming a bottle of their hand sanitizer into my hands. "You must use ours!" I complied, told her I had questions about my necklace and she quickly told me she couldn't help and an associate would have to help me. The associate quickly finished up with another customer but avoided me and walked the other direction. I made my way towards here but again, she turned the other way. I stayed in the store for a while, tried to get help again and gave up. I even asked the original sales clerk about a pair of $200 sandals I was interested in and she dismissed me. I walked out. No thank you, Brighton. I used to work for a Brighton store. This is NOT how we treated our customers and this is NOT how the Stanford store should be treating theirs. I was appalled.

Beautiful designs. Interesting stories of how the designers were inspired. Very helpful staff. Affordable jewelry and enjoyable browsing. If you love reasonably priced jewelry and like to have pieces to mix and match, this is a great destination.

Love Brighton items but I wouldn't buy some designs. Quite over-priced be t I bet the basic earrings, bracelets and long necklaces. Love buying Brighton at airports -often more sales. By the way Sales advertising means minimal items !
