They are all professionals. I had a little trouble with my online order, but they were able to give me a new piece.

Two weeks ago, I visited the Cartier boutique in Palo Alto to request a replacement for my damaged strap, purchased six months prior from Valley Fair. Initially, the sales advisor was unhelpful, and after I insisted to speak with the manager, she got my information down.A few hours later the manager (David), reached out to me and he addressed my concerns politely. David requested additional information, acknowledged the damage shouldn’t have happened so early and assured he would resolve the issue. Within days, he contacted me with an offer for a replacement strap. Upon returning to the boutique, David's welcoming and professional demeanor stood out as he delegated the inquiry to a sales advisor, ensuring a diligent resolution. This review is to appreciate David for exceeding expectations and emphasizes the importance of a client-centric approach for all sales advisors.

I came into the Palo Alto location for a ring that needed to get resized which I bought last year at the San Diego location. The woman helping me in seemed annoyed and short, like she had other things to do although it was early evening and the store was empty. However, the manager (Palo Alto) swooped in and was outstanding. He helped provide suggestions which were different than hers, offered to clean my ring, chatted through how I could get the ring back in a faster method - he was outstanding! Highly recommend working with him directly if you’re in need of help at this location!!

Wen Wei, the SA at Cartier Palo Alto, went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect jewelry for my wife for our wedding. Her attentive and listening skills made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend her service!

I have not visited the Cartier store as neither my wife nor I have any interest in purchasing the jewellery. Keeping the jewellery safe is also a big burden. I have paid more money as bank locker rent than the cost of the jewellery kept in it. Also I can not think of buying Cartier jewellery as it is for the big people.

My friends and I have never had such a bad Cartier experience as we've had at this location. We usually go to other boutiques around the US as well as Europe and have had nothing but positive experiences. This one was the exception. The four of us set out to purchase matching bracelets and wanted to do so at this location as we were nearby. This was on a Sunday afternoon around 3 to 4pm. However, one employee in particular made us change our minds, and we won't be coming back to this location as a result. This employee, an older Caucasian woman with short hair, treated us with nothing but disrespect. We wanted to try two types of bracelets. One of them was the Trinity Cord bracelet for which we wanted to see the color options of the cord. She answered that we have to purchase it first before she can show it to us. In what store would you buy something before seeing it first? It's unbelievable. We then wanted to try the other bracelet. She did not seem in the mood at all to make us try them, but eventually obliged. The moment we tried them on and put them down again she, condescendingly, said "SO. Are you going to buy them??".Furthermore, one of my friends wanted to get the strap of her existing Cartier watch replaced and was curious to see what leather straps they had. This employee did not want to show her anything and only said "Which one do you want? We'll ship it to you".As four young adults from Asian descent, we've never felt so racially discriminated. Never were we taken seriously by this employee and were essentially treated like trash. Not to mention she had security follow us around everywhere we went.Avoid this place at any cost. There are plenty of other Cartier stores where you are treated properly, as well as other luxury brand stores, that we will most likely visit instead of this.

I went into this store for a quick visit with a friend before heading to lunch. This store is well organized, clean, bright, and well stocked. We were helped by Florence who is an absolute delight. The store is well laid out so you're not bumping into other customers. I will definitely visit again!

Made an appointment to be fitted for a small love yellow gold bracelet. My sales associate was Essam who was AMAZING! He was incredibly friendly, informative, and did not feel like my experience was rushed. I also wanted to try on a couple things from the juste un clou collection just to compare. I highly recommend coming to this location. I was here December 2022 for my love ring. They have moved locations since and the new store is absolutely amazing if you ever make an appointment or happen to walk in, ask for Essam you will not regret it!

I don't wear jewelry other than my watch so I didn't know much about Cartier's jewelry prior to my appointment at the Palo Alto store. I watched a YT video on the history of Cartier prior to my visit and was surprised it was a family-owned business spanning 150 years before turning into an international brand and eventually becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss Richemont Group. The appointment was on a Saturday and the store was buzzing and filled with people. I can see the appeal of the atmosphere, the tea and champagne, the salesperson interaction etc. I thought the Panthere ring was cool and unique but went home with the Love ring in platinum as planned. Pros: Friendly service, interesting pieces, and the boujie shopping experience. Cons: Pricey but I guess you get what you pay for and the brand itself is unique.

One of the best experiences thanks to Florence. My husband and I will definitely be back to see her. No pressure to purchase, just pure patience, honesty and meaning. Purchased a 3 diamond love ring.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cartier Jewelry Store and I must say it was an amazing experience. The store was beautifully designed with a wide range of exquisite jewelry on display. The staff (ying)was knowledgeable and friendly, making the shopping experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend Cartier Jewelry Store to anyone in search of exquisite and timeless jewelry. The experience was truly unforgettable and the quality of the pieces speaks for itself. Thank you, Cartier, for such a wonderful shopping experience!

I don't know what else to do so I am posting this review on Yelp. I hope everytone will think twice before purchasing any Cartier item. Additionally if the management of cartier sees this, please help me. You should be able to contact me easily since you still have my bracelet. As a long time cartier collector, who owns over 20 pieces over the her lifetime, this is very disappointing! Certainly your brand wouldn't want to treat a loyal customer like this.I purchased a new style all diamond love bracelet direct from a Cartier boutique. Ever since I got it, the bracelet has had problems. I've sent it back to the boutique repeatedly and tried to fix it. Every time it was returned "fixed". But the problem has consistently remained. I brought it back to the Palo Alto store yet again. This time to my shocking surprise, they want to charge me $8k to replace it since they claim they can't fix it anymore. When I told them I needed to talk to the highest management level, even up to North America corporate, they kept telling me someone will be contacting me. Now almost half a year later , still no response and no resolution. I don't have my bracelet either. First of all, this was clearly a defective piece. It has a record and history of problems. Secondly, they even admit the bracelet needs to be replaced, it is clearly a manufacturing defect. Changing to a new bracelet for me for all the time/trouble i went through , without charging me (as well as to comply with California consumer protection laws). Considering no diamond was missing, everything was attached, this was a "lemon". The quality is bad, the customer service is almost non-existant, Please don't buy from Cartier and think twice again before purchasing anything else from them!

If you are going to purchase something from Cartier, I would highly suggest you go to other locations. This is by far the worst experience I had when purchasing jewelry. The sales associate assigned to us knew nothing about why we were there even though we specified our needs and purposes when submitting the online appointment form. After we explained our needs, she gave us no suggestion whatsoever and just gestured to the display showcase. Every time we tried to ask questions, she seemed so impatient and felt like she's denying our requests. She's even texting on her phone and gave us a vibe that she's boring and didn't bother to help us. We ended up staying for 10 minutes only instead of the 45 minutes appointment time that we booked and left the store without buying anything when we were intended to make the purchase that day.I'm not asking to be treated like royalty when shopping in the store, but basic manners and customer service are desirable. Start by greeting customers with a smile and offer them some help when they seem struggle.

I walked in without an appointment, and amanda greeted me and was so incredibly friendly. She asked if I had shopped at the location before, knew what I was looking for or had interest in, she was super accommodating to show me different styles and answer all my questions. We went over bracelets, and sizes. Pros and cons. How to stack, what's a good starter piece, and how to care for your jewelry and all that fun stuff. She didn't push anything, offered me a beverage, and took her time really explaining things I wanted to know. Ultimately I walked out with two bracelets I had been saving for and eyeing for awhile. I'm so thrilled with my purchase. I'm excited to be able to have these timeless pieces and maybe down the road I'll add more pieces, and of course with amanda.
