I have been a private client at several banks as well as at a different Chase bank branch. Never in the past had I received such an awful service. I believe that the quality of a bank’ services and its business in general depends on its management team. The branch manager Angela Gercia needs to learn how to treat their clients.

When I arrived today, Renee's office was the first place I was pointed. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received assistance from Renee in setting up direct deposit, and it took less than 10 minutes to complete. fantastic service I wholeheartedly endorse this branch.

They want to sell you services but provide no customer service. No matter what new manager comes I. It’s the same….sell but provide no service. Go to any other branch or bank

They messed up my International Wire Transfer. The recipient received the money less ~$450. Beware of this branch and of Chase Bank in general. They then terminated the banker who executed the transaction cause of a transaction error from their end. I am fighting with them regarding this issue and escalated the issue to the CFPB and other entities. Please Please Please beware of their scam tactics.

If I could give less than one star I would. Yesterday, Feb 14, 2020 I went into this Chase to deposit a check that was made out to me. It was a check from my employer. It was not a fraudulent check. Soon after the bank teller, a young Latina woman, gave me my receipt that said the funds would not be available until February 26, 2020. This was odd because I deposited the check in person. I asked for the check back then if they would take 12 days to clear the funds, which was in fact a pay check from my employer to me, the employee. Now I know that banks can do deposit reversals and they didn't do this. I don't need the money in 12 days, I needed it immediately. The woman did not give me the check and instead went to the back to get the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager's name is Donte Snyder NMLS ID: 692272. He came around to tell me the check was on hold because my account was currently overdrawn (by $2.24 !) and because of my banking activity on the account. I didn't really know what this meant but he walked me to his desk and told me they would remove some charges to get my account back to positive. He removed service fees to get my bank account back to positive and ASSURED ME that the money would be available at 12am February 15, 2020. Well that was a lie. 12am came around and the funds were still on hold. I called Chase at 6:35am and spent the better part of THREE HOURS talking to them about why the funds were not released. They initially offered to release $200 from the total amount but didn't give me a definitive date of when the funds would be released. I declined this and asked to speak to someone who was a manager and the customer service professional actually hung up on me. I immediately went to my account and she had released $200, even though I told them this was not satisfactory. Over the course of four phone calls, I was hung up on three times and they gave me three different reasons why the check was on hold: first it was my banking activity on the account; second was that the bank with whom my employer banks with didn't clear the check; third reason was because they needed to verify that the check was not fraud and that I work at the place listed on the check and would need to call my office (On a Saturday) to confirm that my employer matches who is listed as my employer on my bank account and/or speak to my boss. So I put them on hold and called my boss and merged the calls. Even after he confirmed he authorized the check and that I in fact work at my place of employment, they still would not authorize the rest of the funds to be released. They then suggested that because they could not get someone on the phone from the office (They wanted someone to be available to answer the phone at a law office on a Saturday!) that they needed to speak to someone above my boss, who is already second in command at the firm. Well, the Managing Partner in Asia right now and they wanted to call her at 1:30 am East Asian time to confirm STILL that the check was not fraud. I completely believe that I was racially profiled and the Branch Manager, Donte Snyder, flagged this check as fraud immediately after I left the building. Banking While Black. I have been a customer of Chase Bank for 8 years. This is how this branch and Chase as a whole treats black women customers

I'm new to having a bank account, when I asked a simple question to the receptionist she gossips rudely to her co-worker and to the bank teller, who set up my account. Which took me a longer time of waiting to be attended to. My bank teller was very sweet in setting up my account and quick.
