Today was the last time I will ever give money to Coupa Cafe. It took 40 minutes for the food to arrive and then it was handled by parties at another table because the person serving us lost track of what table he was delivering, too. He reclaimed the plates and on his way over, I told him I didn't want the food that had been handled by others. He said, "No, it's okay, they didn't touch it," and delivered it to us anyway. The arepa tasted bad on top of everything else. The black beans tasted like they were just dumped out of a can. Enjoy the $70 dollars. You won’t get another dime from me again.

Thanks so much for offering me to play guitar and banjo for Coupa Cafe's 20 year anniversary. It was such a fun celebration!

Small Cafe in downtown Palo Alto. Went there for brunch on a Saturday and it was very crowded. Took us about 15 mins to get seated. Food was above average. We ordered the- Hummus Veggie Wrap (4/5)- La Luna Arepa (3.5/5)- French Toast (4/4)- Vietnamese Coffee (5/5)- Strawberry Banana Smoothie (5/5)Since it was very crowded, the service was slow. Staff could be a little more friendly.Vegetarian options: There are a decent number of vegetarian options available.

Comfy place, I like the eclectic decor. Food is as always at Coupa, OK, not great. If you love it you will love it here too!

?????Stepped into Coupa Café and immediately, I was greeted by the aromatic embrace of freshly brewed coffee ☕️ that promised a delightful start to my day. This cozy nook is a treasure trove for coffee aficionados and those seeking a serene spot to unwind or catch up on work ?.The menu? A cornucopia of choices! From the robust Venezuelan coffee that dances on the palate with its rich, bold flavors, to the array of delectable pastries ? that are both a feast for the eyes and a delight to the taste buds. Every bite of their chocolate croissant is like a little party ? of flavors in your mouth. What truly sets Coupa Café apart, though, is their commitment to sustainability and quality. Sipping on their coffee, you're not just enjoying a beverage; you're partaking in a global journey of ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship ?.The ambiance is just as inviting, with a warm, eclectic décor that beckons you to stay a while longer. Whether you're basking in the sunshine at one of their outdoor tables ☀️ or cozying up in a corner inside, there's a spot for everyone.Service? Need to improve a little bit for the servers. But overallIn a nutshell, Coupa Café is not just a coffee shop; it's a destination. A place where coffee meets culture, comfort, and community. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to drop by. It might just become your new favorite spot! ?Hope this lights up your day as much as a visit to Coupa Café would!

Came here with a few coworkers for a quick coffee break. Not my favorite place to go, but it's close to the office. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your drink. I ordered a Medium Cafe Au Lait ($5.05). The medium is more like a small at other places. Cashier was not the friendliest. Price is on point for Palo Alto.

Cute and cozy little cafe in the heart of shops and restaurants. Great for little meetings or “WFH”

love this cafe but Jesus, isn't the best register clerk. Speaks over you, speaks for you as if he knows your order confidently, doesn't allow you to speak without him ending the sentence for you! Asked the person behind me how he was doing but not me instead rushed my order. As someone who works in customer service, it's unacceptable

I used to love this place, but it feels like it never quite got back to the pre-Covid state.Service is solid enough (read, hovering at or above “just ok”) but getting your food in a to-go container even when you’re dining in makes it feel like a basement cafeteria instead of the cute neighborhood hangout it used to be.Food is sometimes very good and other days very much not (croissant beignets, for example, are some days fluffy and fresh and other days taste and feel like they’ve been frozen solid and then just allowed to defrost in the pastry case). Breakfast arepas continue to delicious, but, again, eating it out of a to go box kind of kills the mood if you’re looking to sit down and enjoy the meal. Looks like that won’t be changing any time soon, which is a shame.

Veggie crepe was super tasty. The tiger chai was too sweet for my taste. Great spot!

Got the pancakes which was good but was missing the Nutella but texture was good. Also got the breakfast arepa which was good and worth a try if you have never had one. Space is great to grab food or get some work done and gets crowded fast!
