Good staff, take note that they may be understaffed. Remember covid? But if you go when they first open there won’t be a line. You just have to go when others aren’t flocking there. Have some patience and let them do their job for you.

Unfortunately this is an understaffed pharmacy. Waited on hold for 45 mins, nobody ever picked up the phone. Line is always very long in afternoons. They mean well, but this is a busy area and they need to staff accordingly.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. I ordered COVID vaccine and came on time yesterday on 12/18, they told me the vaccine was frozen, they could not process it and asked me to come next day12/19/2022. I called and wanted to check if I could come to take it as my appointment was not processed yesterday, they told me I cannot do walk-in and need to schedule. I scheduled and it’s your fault and didn’t prep the vaccine ready. The worst one!

Staff was receptive, but disorganized. They told me they never received a prescription for someone that had just gotten out of surgery and needed the medication ASAP. It turned out that someone else had never entered it into the system and didn't communicate it to the other pharmacists. Then it took 30 mins to fill.

The whole biz model of cvs needs rethought. Why does the simple act of purchasing a stick of gum take 20 minutes, half of which is spent waiting for the receipt to print?

Don't try calling you will sit on hold for 20 min just to be disconnected. When you arrive in person to pickup a prescription you wait past the promised pickup time. I hate dealing with CVS and use PillPack whenever possible.

Got an automated message saying that a prescription was ready. Got there, it was not. Wait 15 minutes? Sure. 15 minutes pass, then 30. Pharmacists are moving like clinically depressed sloths on Thorazine. Longer and longer line of pissed off customers. One poor woman is manning the cash register, the rest of the staff are just...standing around? 45 minutes in, get prescription. Would you like to enroll in super saver mega CVS club? No. Would you like to enroll in auto refill? No. Would you like to talk to the pharmacist? No. Would you like to stand here until the mountains are ground into dust, as the husk of a long dead earth orbits the flickering remains of the sun whose life giving force has long since faded? No. Here is your yard-long receipt, please come again.

Absolutely hopeless! Was told by pharmacy to wait 15 minutes & they'd call me when my prescription was ready. I waited 40 minutes, went to the counter & it turns out it was ready & they didn't bother to call me even though I was the only one waiting. They usually take a long time so I didn't see the point in checking every 5 minutes. Well from now on I'll have to check every 5 minutes unless I can be bothered switching pharmacies. But that might be a waste of time since the next place might be even more incompetent!
