“These guys are amazing. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and I couldn't get it to turn on. Left it with Letif and they ordered the screen to be shipped overnight. There were some delays, but not their fault. Even though the part arrived close to closing, they prioritized the repair and got the phone back to me within a hour. Once I got in my car the phone stopped working, so I went back and they literally did surgery on my phone for almost a hour after closing time. They told me that there was more damage within than just the screen and that I might need a new phone, but if I do they will refund the screen and even gave me suggestions on how to go home and save all my info. They never made me feel dumb or silly for not knowing tech stuff and were very honest with me about everything. Can't recommend enough.”
“If you have a need for a repair, you can feel confident that you will be treated fairly by Alex. I took my phone in for a charge port problem after dropping the phone in a swimming pool. He noticed that a kernel of rice was blocking the port (btw, he says rice not necessarily the appropriate fix!) He picked out the kernel and sent me on my way with no charge. I got the sense he is a fair minded businessman. Give this young business a try!”

In a world where the answer to most failures is to discard and replace, I love that Felix can diagnose and repair well used units and return them back to service. “I got into a real jam that ClickAway got me out of. Spend way to much money to build my 2 kids gaming PC's for Xmas. One of them fire up and worked perfectly. The other one wanted to keep resetting randomly. This was beyond my skillset so I called Trang Dinh at ClickAway and explained my pickle. Mind you this is 4 days before Xmas. She told me to bring it and she would get to work on it immediately. The issue took some time to track down and it turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Trang let me know that she felt the power supply and the Mb should both be changed out. I rushed replacements from Amazon which arrived on Xmas eve. Spent all night rebuilding the PC. Very relived and happy to report that Trang's troubleshooting was spot on. New MB and power supply worked perfectly and Dad was able to look like a superstar to both my kids as I delivered working gaming PC's. Both PC's have been in heavy use since Xmas with zero faults.
Trang literally save Xmas in my house this year. Cant thank her enough. She charged me a very fair price for the work rendered. She was very engaging and communicative throughout the entire process.

“When I visited, it was understaffed. Just one guy, and a line of customers. But my fix--a screen protector for my phone, was done while I waited, and the tech who did it was friendly and patient with all the customers at the time. He knew his stuff and the results were excellent.”
“I walked in today needing a screen replaced on my Samsung S20+ and Roman was able to accommodate and repair my device in less than 30 minutes! How do I know this? Well, he personally walked to the cafe next door, where I was having lunch with my son, and let me know that the device is ready! Incredible service & fair prices - highly recommend Roman and his expertise.”
“Lorenzo was great. Through some contortions, he was able to squeeze behind my Kitchenaid range and get access to the lower heating element wires. He replaced the burnt connector, connected it to the heating element, closed everything up, and left me with a functioning oven.
Bravo!
What would have made this service call even easier would have been some way to tell Lorenzo, ahead of time, what the issue was and what parts might be needed.
As it was, the downdraft blower unit was a speed bump, but the heating element repair was successful anyway. The rubber bellows will have to be replaced at some time, but for the moment, the repaired oven can be used, and the downdraft system might just be somewhat degraded.”
