“I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Alan was very nice and patient. After I told him the problem, he told me that this was something that he can fix and told me the cost. I went back this morning and not only he fixed the problem, but also he found out that there were a few small screws were missing and fixed them at no cost. I took my another laptop with me this morning because one of the key was off the key board. He fixed it and no cost. Amazing ! I was extremely happy with this kind of service, not because of the money but because of the service beyond my expectation.”

We called Genesis Copiers; Charles came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problems and provided us several options. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly. We ended up taking his suggestion and bought a used copier, which was returned from a short-lease. A new copier was delivered and installed the very next day. Not only was I was impressed with the honesty and efficiency, but also with the time Charles spent to explain to our people on how the copier works and how some of common issues occur and can be avoided.
