“Took my bose mini link speaker into fast repair for battery replacement , owner was both honest and very helpful in checking my charger and found it was my charger not the battery. He spent a lot of time with diagnosis and even re-screwed the battery back in which required a special took. Definitely recommend and will use service in the future.”

“I bought 2 I phones here a couple of days ago. I was told I would only get about $350 in trade in for each phone as they both were working but had cracked screens. I went in today to turn in the old phones and here's the good news and big shout out to ERNESTO!He looked again at the possibilities for trade in and found a special deal where if I added on some accessories-which I needed anyway - it would bump up my trade in allowance to $700 for one phone and $600 on the other. He totally did not have to do that as I had already completed my purchase and Verizon already had my $$$ !I highly recommend this store-also ample parking in the back and the store was clean and had plenty of product choices. “I recently received a new iPhone after my previous phone got slammed in my car door. I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman by the name of Hassen who ensured me that I could come in and he would assist me with setting up my new phone. I arrived and there he was, just as kind and attentive as ever (not to mention he smelled VERY good). He was patient and extremely helpful as I navigated my way through my new phone. I left the store with a phone completely set up, screen protector and new case. I am very thankful for all his help and will certainly be back if any other problems or issues arise.”

“Marcel (the manager) and Chand Heng were both very accommodating and made me proud to be an Apple customer. Sometimes you encounter managers who forget the human element and make things unnecessarily difficult just because of 'technicalities' or silly rules. Not these two. They were able to process my requests and get me on my way as a happy Apple customer. It was hands down the best Apple experience I've had. I hope Apple holds on to valuable talent like them.”

“I don’t know why apple still keep this location open once they have another one in Stanford shopping mall just one mile away ?they are very slow and their rent is so high ! If you’d hear which they will close this location for good next year then don’t freak out because it doesn’t make sense economically! I give them 5 stars cause they still paying high rent and employees to give us services ?it’s adorable!”

After a frustrating unfriendly experience from the nearby Verizon store, we came to T mobile and purchased a stand alone plan for an Apple Watch for $20/month no contract (if we had T mobile for our cell it would have been $10/month). They mentioned a lot of people come here for stand alone plan for smart watch (which makes sense since ATT's stand alone plan had very limited data while T mobile was unlimited and Verizon turned out to not even have a stand alone plan).”

They had 1, in the time-lock safe, so I waited for it and was able to take my trade-in with me to do the data transfer and migration.The folks who helped me were friendly and polite, and were happy when I solved one of their crossword clues...This is the place you want to go for your business' wireless needs.”

“I went in this store in Saturday Aug 5 and was attended to promptly and with a lot of personal friendliness. Tori helped me look over a few plans with upgrades and trade in values for our phones.I returned on Aug 7 and Tori helped me organize our family getting new phones and a better plan.One thing that should have been better organized is the trade in. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this. I had expected Verizon to do better on the trade in part.Tori is excellent.. and her service is top.”
