We LOVE our kitchen, and are very happy with the engagement with European Cabinets. TLDR; We'd highly recommend working with them on your project.
We primarily worked with Lena, who was awesome, although during our project, I think we worked with everyone on the team at some stage and everyone was really helpful and friendly.
We really liked how the process started by taking initial requirements and dimensions and then a 'maximum' quote was provided. The point here was that the kitchen would cost no more than that, and if we were good with that price then we could pay a deposit and start on the proper kitchen design. This was fantastic - meant that we could design and tweak our kitchen without worry of the price ballooning.
We'd never rebuilt a house before, and haven't had to remodel a kitchen either - so the team at European Cabinets really helped guide us through all of the stages and helped make sure we didn't miss anything. Lena worked with us patiently and we iterated through a few design options before finalizing on what we ordered.
Once ordered, the kitchen was made in Italy and then shipped to us in California. It all arrived 'pre-built' in its cabinets but of course the cabinets had to be arranged and mounted to the wall. This was all smooth, and everything went well. Lena also helped provide guidance on things like the countertop, and sink and appliances.
Anyway, now that its all installed, we are super happy with it and everyone that has seen it is super impressed. We haven't moved in yet as the rest of the project is still being completed, but we can't wait to use the kitchen and enjoy the new space!

I came here on a Saturday evening hoping this could be the vendor to service my cabinets for my project. The person "helping" was Robert. We did a quick look around and picked out what we thought would best match our design. Robert did little to nothing to help in facilitating or providing a hospitable environment. He appeared extremely pretentious, not educating us on material, customization options, or even attempting to help design a mock up or run through any of what you would expect a host in this career capacity to provide to potential clients. I literally had to attempt to inquire about every detail that I believed to be useful in decision making. This was painstaking at best and I don't understand why it had to be this way and not him wanting to showcase and provide this information organically. He also kept patronizing me by asking if this was within my budget, which was extremely pretentious. Will definitely take my money to a more hospitable environment where workers want to educate you and ensure you make the best decision. It sucks since I did like their selections for cabinet fronts and their railing system looked legit. Simple etiquettes can make all the difference. Do better.

You will get high quality European style cabinets and hardware. They provide complete service from design all the way to installation. they also have very nice hardware options to chose from. Designer, that we worked with, (Cynthia) was respectful and professional and what we received as final product was a perfect match with what she rendered. The only thing you need to be aware of is the time it takes to receive the cabinets as they are shipped by ship from Europe (which is not unique to European Cabinets). Overall, happy with the outcome and totally recommend their products.

I visited the store multiple times with the goal of replacing one shelf and two cabinets with their products. My case was forwarded to different people several times and finally I was able to talk to one of them who told me to take measurements and send to him. I did exactly what he said and sent several follow up emails but no response. Scheduled a meeting through their website one week advance and they cancelled it at the last minute without giving any explanation. I guess that's because they thought my order would be small. Only thing they had to was replying to me saying they can't take my case. They Didn't bother to do so. Really bad and rude way to handle potential customer (or any human being in general)

If only I can give zero star. The European accent salesperson is arrogant. When we told him our budget is from 10k to 20k, he said he wonder with this budget, if we can get any kitchen cabinets in the market and maybe we can try homedepot.Stay away from this store. Don’t be deceived by the looking. They have cheap metal drawers, not wood ones. I cannot imagine a 30k+ cabinet is having such a low quality.

If it took us so long to write a review, it's probably because we are still walking around the house grinning and admiring the result. When we bought the house, we knew that we would need to remodel, as everything was original and needed to be updated. We started shopping around, visiting show rooms, researching and nothing felt right, as most of them had the same approach. Then we walked in to European Cabinets and Design one Saturday morning. We spent 4 hours with Robert Berkovich, walked around the beautiful showroom, and asked millions of questions. We quickly felt very comfortable with Robert. He is an expert in his field, and was very thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and describing the process. We never felt rushed, or that we were being "sold" on using them, he was genuinely interested in listening to us and providing honest feedback. When we left, we were so impressed, the only question we asked each other was when do we start. From the original plan of updating the kitchen and bathrooms, we soon expanded the project, changing configurations, completely changing the look and style of the whole house, replacing floors, interior and exterior doors, fireplaces, lighting, and stairs. We joked that we had a second job, going to the showroom every Saturday for months, to plan, design, discuss and have a ton of fun, and some laughs in the process. Yes, remodeling is stressful, and there are bumps along the way, but when you hear Robert say "Don't worry about it" the entire time, and he makes good on what he says, you go with it, and can relax. We got incredible guidance, advice, and ideas from both Robert and Alexandra, in picking out colors, textures, materials, and contractors. No details were overlooked. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and we give them our highest recommendation. If you are looking to work with quality people, get a quality job, and purchase quality products, this is the place to go.
