Went in a couple months ago to have the screen on my phone replaced. I don't have a common phone so they had to order the replacement for me, so I paid and left them my contact info. And then nothing. A month later I went in to see if they had the screen in yet, but they didn't and promised me that they would contact me in a couple days when it arrived. And still nothing. If they have to order the part, don't bother.

Took my bose mini link speaker into fast repair for battery replacement , owner was both honest and very helpful in checking my charger and found it was my charger not the battery. He spent a lot of time with diagnosis and even re-screwed the battery back in which required a special took. Definitely recommend and will use service in the future.

I went in thinking I had to replace the charge port on my phone but they were able to repair it instead. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything and the repair was fast and a fair price. I’ll be going back for any future issues

My Motorola cell just stopped working. The Moto logo glowed in the face, but phone wouldn't go on or off? Mark said let me check it on machine...come back in 10 minutes. Came back and phone was working perfectly. Something about a ciircuit hiccup...that was fixed instantly -- at no charge!!! Think I'll be back? You bet. And lot of friends will hear about Fast Repair. Thanks, Mark.

The name is misleading. I would strongly recommend you avoid this shop!! brought an iPhone 13 in on Dec 12. they shared that it would be 3-5 days to get the screen. 10 days later I get a call that I have a 3.5 hour window to get to their shop. or I could come in on Tuesday, Dec 27. no problem. Except I am told that message should not have been sent because they are closed all week. fast repair? nope. fast charge....yes, as they took the money on Dec 12. do not recommend this business!

The only phone/ computer repair store I trust! Fast Repair is absolutely amazing. They fix all sorts of devices and their service is always fast and efficient! Absolutely no time is wasted. I had some issues with my iPhone X, I brought it in told them what was wrong and received my phone back the next day. Don't get ripped off and go to other repairs stores come here! They do such an amazing job I know that my devices are always well taken care of.

Took my Pixel 6 in for a screen replacement. The repair is beautiful - flat, seamless, cannot tell from new. They needed to keep it overnight so they could clamp it and bake it in a vacuum oven (the screen is glued in, no fasteners) to set the glue. That's an extra step the others seem to skip, so it costs more & takes more time, but the result is well worth it.

I had dropped my Samsung S10 from 2 ft on a gravel path and there was a ding on the lower left side of the screen. As a result, only the top half was visible; the bottom half was black. What's more, I could not access any apps since it was the bottom area did not register my password pattern. I took it to another place and they said it not only failed the diagnostic test, but my battery was bulging. So they wouldn't touch it. This happened on a Saturday. I started to call around and email after 5pm for different repair places. I left a msg with Fast Repair and the Jeff, the owner called me back on Sunday afternoon. He was checking his messages. I told him the problems with the screen and battery. He said he was 99% sure he could fix it. i said I could bring it in on Monday when they opened at 10am. He said he just happened to be in the shop, so if I could drop it off now if desired. That was even better. I drove over and he said he could definitely fix it. But he would have to order the parts from back East on Monday. I took the option of Express Delivery, so he could fix it within 2 days. On Tuesday, Jeff stayed after 5pm because Fedex delivered the parts in the late afternoon. He kept me informed on the status which was good. I got my phone back at 7:30pm. Several customers had broken their screens over the weekend, so he was repairing them all that day. Result: The phone works like a champ! The alternative would have been time consuming and painful: Buying a used Samsung Galaxy S10, doing a data transfer, building up my contacts, and downloading all my apps. (I was not able to save the contacts to the cloud previously.) He also showed me how to save via Samsung Smart Switch, so I would have all my contacts on my laptop, in the Samsung back up mode and in Excel. Yeah! I was ecstatic! Fast Repair gives great customer service and goes beyond to keep customers happy. Thank you so much! I will go there again for any of my phone or laptop needs. P.S. They use genuine Samsung parts. They have a 1-year warranty on the screen and 90 days on the battery.

Several months after switching carriers uneventfully, my Samsung S5 quit giving me voicemail alerts and I had to manually check my voicemail everyday to see if any new messages. Of course I forget some days and was missing messages, some of them important/urgent. After numerous Google search inquiries, suggestions, software upgrades and a visit to my new cell carrier.....nothing. No solutions, no fixes. Considering wiping my phone and performing a factory reset, I visited Fast Repair to see if they could help. In less than 5 minutes, Max downloaded a voicemail alert app my new carrier should have suggested and whola, voicemail alerts just like I had with old cell carrier! I highly recommend Fast Repair. They were professional, courteous AND knew what to look for right away.

Extremely poor communication and hard to reach by phone. Never got anything done by the dates they gave to me. I brought 2 GPUs in to get fixed -- 1 just had a loose fan, and the other had a firmware issue. Took over 2 weeks for them to get the GPU fan fixed (if it was fixed before then, they failed to contact me to let me know). On top of that, when I took the GPU out of the box, I noticed it was damaged! The tech obviously had dropped it and didn't think it was necessary to tell me! What a way to leave a bad taste in my mouth--lost my trust immediately at this point. We're already a month past when I first brought them in, and I'm STILL waiting on my other GPU! Frankly, I think I'll be going in tomorrow to get it back. I've sent multiple messages through Yelp when I've been busy at work, and they just leave me on "read" with no reply. Do NOT bring your stuff here. They will tell you that you can reach them whenever you'd like--but that definitely wasn't the case for me. You are going to have to do all the work on your end if YOU want an update from THEM. Thinking back, they never even had me sign any type of paperwork for repairs / services. Big red flag to me after seeing they damaged one of my GPUs. Will update this review more after I get my other GPU back. What a letdown..

DO NOT GO. Period. I replaced my iPhone X screen here on 9/4/2021. Their screen replacement price is $100 cheaper than the apple store so I thought I got a deal. Unfortunately the screen went black after merely 20 days. The store did offer me a warranty and the phone was not dropped and there was no water damage. However the store claims that I broke it so the warranty was not honored and the store is asking me to pay for another $175 to replace it again. I am really disappointed. Due to the phone suddenly not working in the middle of the day I was not able to communicate with my child's school and almost lost my daughter. It took me an hour to finally find my daughter. And now I am asked to pay for 175 to get another screen that lasts only 20 days. This does not sound right. I commented how fragile the replacement screen is compared to the authentic apple screen and the store owner just said "yeah" then stared at me as if saying how stupid I was to trust him. I will for sure go to the apple stor e next door in the future for similar needs. It's definitely not worth the trouble to repair your apple products in a non official apple place just to save $100.
