Used this Fedex location to ship on a few occasions including today. At least 2 of the employees are (at best) unfriendly if not downright rude. Wondering why they still work there?

Gets it done no moreEdit 6/18/2023, dropped from 5-star to 2-star: the new manager has a weird attitude -- basically yelled at me for just asking about why I'm being charged for things I've never been charged for: threw the receipt at me and walked off (I think he had me swipe 2x as well so now I need to waste time looking at my cc transactions). When they get a new manager I will bump the stars back up.Edit 5/2020; some reviews comment on the employees, I've never had a problem and everyone seems chill--just my experience

Gordon was super nice and so kind. He took care of my package very carefully and explained to me all the details about shipping. I really loved his service and I really appreciate the way he took care of me.

Basic office support place. Usually use this to ship, print items, purchase supplies, etc.Would give it an avg score, but was recently told it would cost to put literally a few small items in their shred bin after paying for printing.Embarrassing for this business.

Photo service is not good. I got a photo taken for a new passport. The photo was rejected (because there was a shadow). This has happened twice so far. The reason I'm giving it two stars instead of 1, is there they re-took the photos a few times without charge when I mentioned that the photo was not approved.

They said package was delivered, but it wasn't -- no activity near that time on my doorbell and driveway cameras. Tried to call FedEx, but they said the only info they had was that the package was delivered, then they hung up. When I tried to file a claim on-line, it said that the package was shipped by "FedEx SmartPost. Only the company that shipped you this package can file a claim on it, and the claim cannot be submitted online."

THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I wanted to send documents overseas, but the guy at the counter could not read the address written in my handwriting. So I rewrote everything in caps, and even then he got it wrong like six times! And then he blamed me for having the handwriting of a 3-year old! Escalating to his manager was no help - since he claimed to have heard everything that was said at the counter.I gave up on them, and managed to send the same package cheaper and faster via UPS. Use the UPS store in Palo Alto midtown for a faster and more pleasant experience!I have been going to this FedEx store for over ten years, and have never experienced the rude service that I did today. Would advise FedEx Corp. to either shut this place down, or hire better staff to run the store. They lost a long-time customer today for good.

Went to FedEx because they offer passport photos service. Thinking that they know all the requirements for a passport photo. Unfortunately they didn't because after spending about $60 on passport photo only to go to my passport application appointment. To be told that they will not accept the photos that had had taken because there was a yellow tint to it because of the lighting the photo was taken under. Unfortunately, the place where I had my passport appointment did not offer passport photos. So I had to reschedule my appointment, mind you I had waited a month for this appointment to now go retake a photo that will be acceptable. It is super frustrating.

Exceptionally helpful. Gordon is a wizard of all things shipping and helped me figure out the best ways to ship an eclectic assortment of stuff (e.g. a chair, a bike, and a random box), in preparation for moving. Alex was also very helpful! Would strongly recommend for any shipping needs.
