The manager and staff are pretty nice(sorry for not knowing their names). The CarPlay wasn’t working and tire pressure was low when I picked up the car. After I checked with them, I got a new car. Really appreciate it! They are responsible! We wouldn’t know what the cars we get but the staff here is nice and responsible. Would visit it again

I reserved a car for a month and there was a shortage of inventory for the car I reserved. One of the employees, Akil, was super helpful and was able to set me up with a Malibu. Highly recommend the location, staff is super friendly!

I had a confirmed reservation and they just called less than 24 hours from my due pickup time to inform me that they didn't get any of their cars back so they will have no car for me... So NO Hertz... Lucky for me there was an Enterprise Car rental just a few miles away to save the day.

I don’t even know where to start—I just had an amazing experience! I’m never going to Enterprise again. The guy who helped me rent the car, I think his name is Axel, the French guy—he listened to everything I needed and had such a great attitude. Super professional! I wish more people worked like him. The service I got was beyond 10 stars. I’m definitely coming back, and I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves for all his hard work!

Who cancels 2 hours before a reso is supposed to be picked up? On a weekend where not many cars are available. Imagine that. And the lady didn’t even really give me any solutions, just canceled and told me to check other locations. If you don’t have the car, why tf is it online? All the other locations managed to do that, why not yours? Super unprofessional that’s why I only do enterprise lol thanks for the reminder!

Worse experience ever! This was the worst experience I've had with renting a vehicle. These people have absolutely NO consideration of time. It has taken over 1 hour and multiple visits to be able to get through the line so that I could pick up the car I rented. I'm not sure if this is typical, but I have never waited so long in the shortest line...for anything!

Rude staff, does not admit mistakes on their end, and expects the customer to be aware of reservation updates without contacting the customer in any shape or form.

I dropped off my vehicle Friday morning and they lied that I dropped it off on Monday. I had to call to get that adjusted. Pretty heartless people. I don’t understand how they can sleep at night. Don’t trust them and make sure you get a final bill or they will add unnecessary fees.

Really poor customer service and overall experience. Judging from other reviews, it seems to be hit or miss. We booked a car online, but when we arrived, the only available vehicle was an EV. We have nothing against EVs, but it wasn't what we planned for. When we agreed to take the EV, we discovered it wasn't fully charged. At this point, I believe we had been flexible enough as customers. We decided to cancel the service. We requested that the contract be voided and a confirmation sent to us immediately. However, the legal agreement and the charge on our credit card were not closed for days.
We walked to Enterprise, which was very close by, and received excellent service.
On our way to Enterprise we discovered a bakery "The Midwife and The baker", we had great coffee and delicious bread goodies to forget the encounter at Hertz!
